Location

This luxurious city spa hotel is situated high above the Bay of Palma. The sea and nearest beach are within walking distance of the hotel. Restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found approximately 2 km away. Links to the public transport network are located within metres of the hotel. The town centre is approximately 3 km away, 6 18-hole golf courses between 3 and 20 km from the hotel and the old town and the harbour are within walking distance.

Facility

The resort has 18 suites, 6 single cabins and 156 double cabins, which are located on 9 decks and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the guest services desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows passengers to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. A parking deck is available to those who wish to travel with their own car. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that cabins maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. All cabins are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. Amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Amenities provided in the cabins include slippers and a daily paper. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. Wheelchair-friendly cabins can be booked. The resort has family cabins and non-smoking cabins.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Passengers can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun deck, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, golf and paddle tennis. Water sports enthusiasts are offered aquafit. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and yoga. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments, thalassotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments, Ayurveda treatments and a solarium. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Half board is offered as a catering option.     A beautiful hotel where staff are friendly and helpful but professional.     I had an absolutely outstanding stay at the Hotel Valparaíso Palace — in fact, this was already my fourth time staying here, which says everything about how much I love this hotel. Every visit has been consistently exceptional, and it truly feels like coming back to a place where you are always warmly welcomed.The service is impeccable. The staff are professional, friendly, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make every stay special. From check-in to departure, everything is handled perfectly and with genuine hospitality.The hotel itself is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with stunning views over Palma that never get old. I especially love the relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire property — it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Mallorca in style.The pool area is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful gardens and always very clean and relaxing. Breakfast is another major highlight: a huge variety of fresh and high-quality food, all beautifully presented. Every morning felt like a luxury experience.The location is also excellent — peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to Palma city center and the marina.     We had such an amazing stay at the Val Paraiso. The staff were very welcoming, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.The facilities , especially the pool and spa, were excellent, and the restaurant offered great food with very good breakfast selection. Service throughout the stay was very attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful. Overall, a luxurious and hassle-free stay—I’d definitely return.
