Location

The hotel is located 800 m from a sandy beach, in Calas de Mallorca. The closest cities are Cala Murada (4 km), Porto Colom (10 km) and Felanitx (15 km). Accessible from the hotel: Santuari Sant Salvador (18 km), Cala Figuera (25 km), PN Mondragó (23 km), Caló des Moro (30 km) and PMI airport PMI (60 km). 323 rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     Stay Away!! Not as advertised.

    STAY AWAY!! We booked to stay at this hotel on May 4th, lasted 4 hours and rebooked elsewhere. We experienced multiple issues that included health and safety requirements not being met with loose ceiling tiles all throughout the bedroom, a faulty roof below our balcony that could’ve fallen off at anytime. Unclean and poorly maintained grounds, including overflowing bins and dirty toilet brushes. The food was awful, cold, bland, and very stale bread. Also found plastic in bread which again was a major health and safety risk, someone could’ve choked on it. Very very basic room, no fridge, kettle and uncomfy beds. Informed easy jet that the false advertising is incredibly bad, looks nothing like the photos, staff are rude, and it definitely attracts a certain type of person. Easy jet where unwilling to do anything, even transfer us. Sebastian was very kind, very helpful but it was out of his hands due to easy jets policy. Won’t be booking again via them, and definitely won’t be returning to this hotel!

    Very poor – not as advertisedArrived today and immediately disappointed. Within the first hour we had to raise a complaint.The hotel is nothing like advertised – grounds are untidy with overflowing bins, and there are clear maintenance issues (damaged balcony roofing, loose ceiling panels). Cleanliness is poor, including unsanitary bathroom items.Food was unacceptable – we even found plastic in it, and meals were cold and bland. Staff across the restaurant and bar were rude and unhelpful, which made things worse.Basic amenities were missing (no TV remote), and the beds are uncomfortable.Overall, the hotel feels neglected and far below expected standards. Would not recommend.

    We had a short break here, cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for at 3 stars. Cons:The food is awful, but you won’t starve, couldn’t do longer than 4 nights with the food being as poor as it was. No fridge in the room this needs changing you need to be able to chill water after a day in the sun. Take a travel water bottle or you will be buying water constantly. Kettle would be good in the room too so you can have a morning tea/coffee on your balcony. Pros:We met some really nice people had great fun joining in with the entertainment team. Pool area clean, drinks ok. Rooms dated but clean. I wouldn’t return as the food is so poor and you are isolated from anywhere to be able to walk out for food.     Wonderful family hotel

    The location is out the way from shops and restaurants etc. Although they provide a free mini bus to the beach throughout the day. This place is definitely for little kids my grandson loved it . The system for all inclusive drinks is during day is brilliant at the pool side bars. The snacks are good too no complaints there!     This hotel is definitely catfish to what you see online, very clever editing!Would I stay here again, NEVER!Positives,beds and pillows are comfortable.Outside area is lovely pools are clean but that's where it stops.Food..Very basic not hot and if it's not used up after each sitting it's served again later.On arrival you get one plastic cup that you keep for the duration ,don't forget it or you can't have a drink by the pool,this puts me off.The hotel caters for the riff raff,this is just my experience so don't come for me.Its embarrassing to be British! Honestly the people here clearly never seen alcohol and need to consume as much as possible in case it runs out,Then love to cause mayhem,night time is the worst carries on until 2am!
