Location

This family friendly and modern hotel is situated on the edge of Magaluf. It is located in a slightly elevated position, and only 50 m from the beach with a magnificent view over the bay. The stunning sandy beach is just in front of the hotel. Magaluf's countless shops and entertainment venues are easily reached within a few minutes. There is a golf course just a few kilometres away. Palma de Mallorca is only 14 km away and the Airport is 26 km away.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Great hotel in Calvia Beach

    The hotel is great - the rooms are spacious and very clean, the food is tasty, the views are amazing, both from the balcony as well as the bed! We had a junior suite, so the bathtub with sea view was an extra benefit. The Level perks are definitely worth paying extra and the Level pool area is cozy and quiet. Last, but certainly not least, the staff exceeds all expectations - everyone is always smiling, patient and helpful! Special shout out to Neda (our experience wouldn't be the same without you!) as well as Johanna and Ailide. It was our second visit within a year and it surely wasn't the last!

    Fantastic stay at the Meli Calvia we couldn't have asked for a better location, with everything close by and easy to get to. From check in to check out the service was consistently warm, attentive and professional, and the hotel itself , well run, fantastic food and beverage options and evening meals and a relaxing stay. A real highlight for us was The Level experience the extra touches made a genuine difference and helped the whole trip feel that bit more special. Huge thank you to Neda and her team for all their hard work, professionalism and care, they were always approachable, proactive and made sure we were looked after throughout. We'd will definitely return and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located base with excellent service.

    We originally booked at Meliá South Beach, and upon arrival we were quite surprised to find the hotel closed. It was a shock at first, but we were very fortunate to meet Mrs. Bagur, who took care of everything with great professionalism and kindness. Thanks to her, we were accommodated at Meliá Calviá Beach, an even better experience.The hotel itself is fantastic: right on the beach, with excellent cleanliness, outstanding sleep quality, and great food. What stood out the most, however, were the people working there.ALL TEAMS were incredibly helpful, attentive, and courteous. I would especially like to mention a few individuals who made our stay even more memorable: Victor (grill), Carlos & Marta (restaurant), Natalia & Yasmin (restaurant), as well as Mey and Claudia at reception. People like them make all the difference and leave a lasting impression.To all the ladies and gentlemen who made our stay so enjoyable, we say thank you, we would be delighted to return.Gracias a todos y hasta pronto.     What an absolutely wonderful hotel-everything felt brand new, fresh, and beautifully maintained, and the view was simply breathtaking. The beach is stunning, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water. We travelled in April and were lucky enough to have amazing weather; we even went swimming, despite the water being a little chilly.The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with every delicious option you couldimagine. Freshly pressed juice and real honey at The Level made it feelextra special. The Level itself was such a cozy and inviting space-we truly enjoyed every breakfast, along with the delicious tapas and snacksthroughout the day. It was also great to see healthy options like nuts available.The staff were always friendly and genuinely did their very best to make our stay perfect. Another big plus was the Rituals shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the room, along with how impeccably clean everything always was. Ourroom even had a sea view from the shower, which made the experience feel even more unique.This was our first time staying at a Melia hotel, and it certainly won't beour last-we will definitely be coming back.     Exceptional Service from Neda at The Level

    We travelled to the Meliá Calviá Beach over the Easter holidays as a family of four, and from the moment we arrived, the experience set a positive tone for our stay.Check-in at The Level reception was seamless, thanks to Neda, who was exceptional. She immediately recognised that we were a little overwhelmed—our son, who is autistic, was dysregulated after the long journey and needed space to decompress and burn off some energy. I felt quite anxious about the situation and was concerned about disrupting the calm atmosphere, but Neda handled everything with genuine warmth, understanding, and professionalism.She reassured us straight away, putting us completely at ease, and approached the situation with kindness rather than judgment. Her empathy made a huge difference in that moment, turning what could have been a stressful arrival into a positive and reassuring experience. She went out of her way to help us settle in quickly and comfortably, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel.That level of care and attentiveness is something that truly stands out, and it set the tone for the rest of our holiday.The hotel itself is beautiful, we had a level junior suite with a sea view and it was immaculate!
