    Hotel on an incline use concrete stairway

    Room on the 8th floor no seaview and no fridge or TV/Aircon, breakfast was rubbish and they charge 12 euro's for it, the hotel was quiet, location was on an incline, not good for people who find it difficult to walk, bus stop is 10 mins a way, beach 15 mins away.     Had a lovely experience, staff are so nice. Food is good and it's very close to the beach. Santos is very helpful at the front desk! The room is comfortable and had a lovely view. 10/10 experience.     Lovely Hotel in a quiet area, top service and nice amenities. Excellent breakfast, close to beautiful beaches and Palma the capital. I would like to highlight Santos ( the receptionist ) service, this guy is gold, mint service from check in to check out and during all my stay, always ready to help, always with a smile.     2-Day stay at MLL Blue Bay

    We came to Palma to join a cruise ship on a transatlantic voyage. We wanted reasonably priced accommodations near the cruise terminal. We were very pleased with MLL Blue Bay. The check in was easy and the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful balcony view from the 6th floor. The breakfast buffet was extensive with something the please everyone. I had one day to explore Palma and the hotel was conveniently located along a bus route that facilitated easy transit to and from the city center. We hope to return and stay a little longer at Blue Bay.
