Location

This hotel lies at the heart of Palma Nova, just 50 m from the beach. Palma Nova is approximately 10 km from the airport and from Palma. The resort is situated on the coast of Calviá, one of the largest tourist areas in Spain. The resorts of Puerto de Portals and Santa Ponça are also on this part of the coastline and very close to this apartment hotel. Public transport departs from stops, which are only 100 m from the hotel.

Facility

93 apartments are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance and a laundry service.     Unbelievable, love this place and the staff that make your holiday so memorable. Reception received on arrival, bar and catering staff & especially housekeeping. It is truly an amazing experience. Nothing is ever too much for any member of the team. They literally go above and beyond to make your stay special on a daily basis. Location is ideal for the great experience that Parmanova as to offer. I could literally ramble through all the complimentary statements. There were six of us ladies on a four day 50th birthday celebration and not one fault with any of our rooms. Location is literally a three minute walk to the Main Street and beach. Would definitely suggest it for anyone visiting.     I really Lovely Hotel. Immaculately typically clean, very friendly and professional staff. This is all fourth trip to this hotel and cannot fault it! Rosie at the cafe bar was super friendly and helped me as a disabled guest. Front reception staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Another return trip is in order.     Stayed in a studio apartment, room was spotless and very spacious, great aircon WiFi and a free safe. There was no entertainment but didn’t need it as everything was on your doorstep, bar restaurants and a beautiful beach. Eroski supermarket 5 mins away, turn right when coming out of hotel and straight up a slight hill much cheaper than the one next door. Overall had a great stay and would gladly recommend.
