The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.     Staff behind bar and on reception lovely, the room not so much. They did offer to change us room but there wasn’t any point as it was only the floor below and the water supply would have probably been the same.     Arrived to hotel to check in...staff very ignorant and just walk off..then finally got checked in.. got key went to room.. disgustingly dirty floors.. mucky walls couldn't even use two pans on so called hob..no cleaning pack.. water made me very poorly..ended up buying bottled water very basic..pool...
