    Good to be back at Puro, love this hotel!!!Great welcome by everyone as alwaysNew Years Eve party at the hotel was a great way to start our trip, atmosphere was buzzing!Always stay at Puro when we visit Palma both in the summer and winter.Location is great for exploring the city and is surrounded by bars and restaurants.The team are very friendly and helpful, Rooms are lovely , breakfast has a great choice and Beatnik Restaurant is very good.Will be back soon!!     My company organised a business trip to Palma and I'm really pleased with the hotel and the destination.The hotel is perfect for work - the meeting room is huge with a massive screen and excellent coffee/snack service. My room had a great desk and super fast wifi, perfect for getting stuff done.The staff at reception and bar are friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. Would definitely stay here again. Palma is a lovely city, clean, safe, and plenty to explore when I had downtime.     Fabulous boutique hotel in a great location

    Wonderful hotel - we had a fabulous stay here for my husband's birthday. The hotel is in a great location and it's easy to walk everywhere. Our room was beautifully designed, staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with loads of choice. The only slight negative was that it was a bit noisy in the room at night because of the nearby bar, but this wasn't a huge problem (and they do provide earplugs if needed!). Overall, I would highly recommend booking a stay here and I would definitely return.     Beautiful hotel with extremely friendly & helpful staff. The room was perfect, beds & pillows amazing. The hotel is central to everything, great shops & lovely restaurants. The breakfast was amazing value & really tasty. Can’t wait to go back to Palma & will definitely book this hotel again.
