This apartment complex is located 1 km from the centre of Cala Guya that features many shopping and entertainment venues as well as a fine sand beach. Links to the public transport network are to be found about 150 m away and restaurants and shopping venues lies about 100 m from the complex.

Facility

176 apartments are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

    Room was great for the price but not once the whole 6 days did anyone come to clean it! Therefore no fresh towels or more toilet paper had to ask after 4 days at reception and explained that no one had come to clean. He said he'd get it sorted but never did. Also meant no fresh bedding therefore had to sleep in sandy sheets all week. Great access to the strip + both magaluf and palmanova beaches. Bar tender Jimmy cannot fault great cocktails, great service!! 10/10 for Jimmy

    We went here in April 13th-17th the hotel rooms are very big location is good, if you want breakfast head to eastenders down the road they are English and their scrambled eggs on toast is amazing. The hotel is a good location but be aware there is a bit of a hill you have to walk up to get there it’s not too bad but could be hard if you’re drunk. I noticed there are a few ants in the hotel room but nothing to flag to reception. The spa is a sauna, hot tub and a small pool which is nice! If you are coming in peak season you might want to bring earplugs if your a light sleeper as it is magaluf and people will be stumbling in at any point of the night haha x

    The real standout of this place continues to be the bar and restaurant. Everything is clean, well organised, and well staffed, with a great variety of food and drinks. The chefs and staff are incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about the guests’ experience. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all offer a wide selection, and the quality is consistently good.A huge part of why the restaurant and bar feel so welcoming is JIMMY. I met him two years ago and he left such a strong impression that I was genuinely excited to see him again. He has this rare mix of professionalism and warmth — always cheerful, always polite, and always making people feel seen and valued. He remembers faces, checks in on guests without being intrusive, and brings such positive energy that he honestly lifts the whole atmosphere. Staff like him make a place memorable, and he’s a big reason the bar and restaurant feel so special.     Rude staff, who curse and shout

    Unfortunately we had a really bad experience with rude staff. We were a group of teenage girls and when we were there the hotel went on fire. Our room was right above the fire in the basement and the room was unsleepable due to the smoke and the smell of smoke. When talking to reception asking for a place to sleep Joseph Louise told me to shut up and that I’m being ridiculous. He also said we could sleep on the couch in reception??? Then Rueben came up to see the state of the room and told me to “spray perfume” and “f off”. I’ve never seen such rude staff in my life. Due to the behavior of the staff and the lack of help I wouldn’t recommend staying there. But the location is very good but I don’t think it’s worth it. That night Hassan was very helpful if only the others could copy him.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Family Getaway!Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and beautifully diverse you instantly feel at home. The amenities were great, and the beach bar was a real highlight! The bartender there is amazing so attentive, fun, and truly made our pool days filled with laughter and the best cocktails on the island.Housekeeping were lovely and did a dazzling job every day. They’re so trustworthy and clearly take great pride in their work. The night staff were beyond helpful, always available with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed.Everything ran smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better family trip. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone looking for comfort, kindness, and a relaxed yet vibrant experience. Can’t wait to return!
