    The hotel lied

    So disappointed. We booked this hotel 3 months before and were told at the last minute that the hotel had an emergency with our room. They offered us an unacceptable apartment in a high rise block with no pool in another part of Malaga We then had to find our own hotel and are now over 800 euros out of pocket until the refund comes through. We were later told that the hotel had actually overbooked, it was not a room emergency. Mistakes are understandable, lies are not.

    Stayed here for 4 nights as a couple. The rooms had everything you needed and were cleaned daily. Air con great and much appreciated given the 35 degree heat. We stayed in the Audrey Hepburn room (2) which has a large balcony.The Villa is very grand inside and immaculate! In a lovely neighbourhood.Staff- very attentive, quickly knew what we liked for breakfast which was a nice touch.Breakfast -pictures didn’t do it justice, lots of variety cooked/uncooked. fresh fruits, yoghurts, cheese and hams etc plus freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh coffee.Nice to have the pool to cool off after long walks. The beach is about a 10min walk, the centre a bit further but well worth a visit.We hired bikes from the Villa, bargain price of 14 euros/day. Malaga is amazing I would definitely recommend! Both Naomi and Ilena were fantastic, thank you for a lovely stay.

    We had a lovely 4-night stay. Lovely room, great breakfast, everything very clean and in good order. The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood, with a good selection of restaurants etc about 10-15 minutes’ walk away. The centre of Malaga is a bit further, but there is a good bus service or a 30-45 minute easy walk into the centre. There is also an excellent cycle path along the sea front, leading to the centre and bikes can be rented from the hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful service from Naomi, who did an amazing job of handling reception, breakfast service etc..
