This inviting hotel lies in a peaceful location, only minutes from the listed buildings in the historical centre. The charming provincial town offers attractions such as the churches and the palaces. The nearest Andalusian sandy beaches are just 45 km away and easily reached along the motorway. It is 60 km to the airport. Plenty of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants all lie within 2 km of the hotel.

Facility

11 suites and 169 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom.     Good hotel but restaurant disappointing.

    A good hotel for exploring surrounding cities. We stayed here while on a Mistral tour. The hotel was occupied mainly by large groups. The reception was bright and airy, the rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped with a comfy bed. The pool balcony was large and a great place to relax after a busy day. The only down side was the restaurant. It was more like a cafeteria and although the food was of reasonable quality hot food was usually served warm or cold. When dishes ran out they were very slow to replace them. There was a chef at the grill with 3 dishes each mealtime, however this quickly ran out whilst the chef would stand chatting in the kitchen, ignoring queues of guests waiting for food to be replenished.     0 This hotel is absolutely terrible no air conditioning switched off. Swimming pool not open until mid June what a joke. We stayed I.     Stayed 2 nights, good location walking distance to shopping centre and few restaurants, cab ride or 20min walk to town for more choice. When booked breakfast stated gluten free and was provided with bread and cake options incl a dedicated toaster (impressed!). Also ate in the buffet restaurant 1 evening which had good selection of andalucian cuisine (i had the chef come out and walk me round to show me what was safe), all gluten free apart from a couple of pasta dishes which chef informed me if wanted they could cook some gf pasta for me in gf sauce. Couldnt ask for more really.     A Disappointing Holiday

    Arrived at the hotel 22/12/2025 for a 5 night stay over Christmas, booked with Mistral Holidays. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Antequera and is not close to any places of interest if on foot. The old village is a good 15-20 minute (hilly) walk away, All the buildings in the locality are of modern design, and construction materials seem to be mostly concrete and aluminium.Hotel reception staff were efficient. Christmas decorations were totally absent with the exception of one Christmas tree placed in the reception area. Our room on the first floor was adequate in size, but certainly not as spacious as the ilustrations suggest! No toiletries were provided as promised, unless you consider a toilet roll to be 'Toiletries'. No instruction cards wer visible anywhere for adjustment of the TV, or heating, and the radio was never found!The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was cleaned daily.There was always pandemonium in the undersized restaurant at meal times, which was further exacerbated by the temperamental beverage and toasting machines, Also, breakfast favourites like bacon, scrambled egg etc were annoyingly, not reflled promptly when empty. Our package with Mistral included for one bottle of table wine at evening meal per 4 diners, but if the bottle was only partly consumed during the meal, the staff confiscated it when we tried to retire to the adjacent bar afterwards! Christmas meal itself consisted of 5 courses, 1 starter, 2 wet fish courses, 1 turkey (consisting of a 10" drumstick & 3 boiled potatoes), and a small desert.The bar organization was abysmal, and I did'nt attempt to use it after I was charged 7.50 euros for a lime & soda!I was very disapointed in the total lack of Christmas atmosphere in any apect of my stay there both within, and outside the hotel, & I certainly would'nt want to return!.     My mother and I stayed here for a week 8th-15th October as part of a tour group. The room we were originally allocated overlooked the main road and had not balcony or terrace so I asked if we could move. The reception team were very helpful and showed me a room with a balcony overlooking the pool which we switched to. They said there was an upgrade fee but it was only €11/day. It made our stay far more enjoyable being able to end the day sitting on the balcony with a drink. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was buffet style and something for every tastebud. It was a bit chaotic some mornings, I found the most relaxing time to go to breakfast was around 8:45-9:00am. We ate in the hotel a couple of times after arriving back late. The bar food was tasty and very good value. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
