Location

    Comfortable Stay with Convenient Parking, but Poor Location for Walking

    The hotel is located in a port area. It is not the most suitable place to stay in Málaga if your intention is to explore everything on foot. The neighborhood also did not seem particularly safe for walking at night.The room was good and met the standard expected from a 4-star hotel. The breakfast area, however, felt somewhat cramped for the number of guests and was constantly overcrowded — depending on the time, there was even a waiting line. On the positive side, there were good hot food options and gluten-free bread available.The parking was located within the hotel itself, which was very convenient.If your goal is to fully experience Málaga’s historic area with easy walking access, I would choose to stay somewhere else.

    Disappointing stay

    This is an old hotel, not quite what i expected. The food was unfortunately disappointing, low quality products and not a wide selection . The restaurant staff were efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable, however there no sound proofing, it was noisy and regrettably I was awoken each day at 6am! It was shocking to see the permit scantily dressed customers roaming around the hotel, not appropriate.

    Location was very convenient for the train station and a nice walk to old town. The staff at reception were very friendly. Juan in particular was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.Very clean.Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom status and amenities were the only things that came short for a 4 star hotel.Gym was good too.

    We have just had an excellent stay. Very clean and we had everything we needed.The staff went out of their way to help and even left a gift of chocolates as my husband was celebrating his birthday during our stay.Highly recommended!
