    It was wonderful staying at Grandeur with my Mother. All the staff here are very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our 2weeks stay here. Rooms are extremely clean. The housekeeping staff is excellent. Special thanks to the Reception staff Mr. Hani Thabit for his warm welcome and guidance throughout our stay. He is very polite, respectful and professional at his work. Starting from the bell boy to the housekeeping all were very good. Restaurant food was delicious, but the assistant staffs should help serve guests better, repeated reminders needed. Reception and housekeeping is 10/10. Vikram and Rangswamy were good at their work. Very Professional handling done by all of them. Other plus points are, there is a Prayer room separate for both ladies and gents. Also outside Masjid is very close with just 2min walk. Would recommend anyone who wants to spend time with relatives and friends, to visit Sky Dubai in specific. Hotel room rates and entire service is bit high, as it is part of IHG . So if anyone is looking for budget friendly hotel, then kindly look for other nearby options. Thankyou one and all!!

    If you pay in cash without booking, they put the price much more expensive

    The hotel employees cheat on the price every time, if the check-in is not through booking, then they put the price much more expensive.
