    Great location close to the old town and train station. Very nice staff on the desk and a comfortable room .

    Nice hotel but not a great experience

    It's in a good location however, the emergency light kept turning on and off, in our room, from 4am to 6am on the first night. The lights were flickering in the room the next evening also. After that, we had paid breakfast for all days and, on the last day, the receptionist said we could take a picnic option because our flight was very early. When we arrived at the reception to collect it on the way to the airport, the other receptionist said no note was left and she couldn't do anything. The hotel didn't refunded us.

    Great service! Esther was amazing. There was an issue with the room, and she immediately called to let us know she had arranged another room in a different hotel of the same chain—and even upgraded us. She was diligent, polite, and genuinely caring. They are lucky to have her!

    This is our go to hotel in Malaga. We love the characterful building. The location is excellent, offering easy access to the Port area, beach, shops and historic area.The new manager Yolanda was most helpful and very welcoming. The entire staff have always being very helpful and friendly.Our room was comfortable and had a mini-bar which was included in the price.A taxi rank is just outside the hotel.Yet another lovely experience.

    Lovely boutique hotel in perfect location. We wanted a centrally located hotel in a good area where we could walk to all the attractions, and we were delighted with this hotel. It's a couple of minutes walk to a metro station and less than 5mins walk to the most beautiful shopping street in Malaga.Our room was perfectly acceptable and had everything we would want from a city centre hotel. The bed was comfy and we had a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and even organised a picnic breakfast for us when we had an early start.Lovely area for walking and felt very safe at night. The pedestrian street next to the hotel also has lots of great tapas bars and perfect for a late night drink. Would definitely stay here again.
