  Dreadful Travelodeal (or Travelodear as they become known to the English passengers on board.

  I can honestly say Egypt was the worst holiday I have ever been on.Travelodeal are not returning any of my emails. They refuse to take responsibility for a total shambles of our 18 days away. The boat ‘Tug’ was dirty (itThis was not the 5star luxury we had booked but a 2star, at best, falling apart tug, the staff were very unfriendly, if not down right rude, not one person spoke English on reception. No health & safety on board, no lifeboat drill, no medical centre, no accident book, no first aid what so ever. Our Tour guides were disorganised and elusive. Our last stay in Cairo was a hotel that was changed at the last minute, when it was time to check out, we were held to ransom because they had not been paid by the agents, we had to pay to get ourselves released from their grip.These complaint were just the beginning.   A good Holiday Inn

  We stayed here on a gate 1 week in cairo. For this type of large, think las vegas hotel the whole experience was very good. We checked in three days early. Very easy and quick. Excellent english spoken and very quick no queues. Included breakfast was good 6:30 to 11am. Large selection plenty of staff giving fast service. Used dishes removed immediately. The food was delicious and fresh. Quick ride from airport $30 usd private car to airport. This hotel is connected to a high end glitzy mall with everything from super market to high end brands. A really great Marks and Spencers. The rooms were well kept and no sign of smoke smell on smoke free floor. They really try to make stay pleasant. Thank you staff for a stress free stay. We are not the large hotel type preferring central boutique hotels in ancient part of town but of its type Holiday Inn has an excellent product and was very welcoming.
