  Very well equipped apartment. It. Had a hob,microwave,kettle,toaster and a Nespresso t yep coffee machine. Washing up liquid,tea towel rev all provided. The apartment was clean and a small problem was quickly fixed after speaking with the excellent reception staff. The rooftop sun terrace was great and had the sun nearly all day (Apt A12). Very pleased overall.Nice pool area and on site restaurant very good. One very important point is that the main photo is not the apartments..

  Absolutely beautiful! Great value, very clean, quiet location but close enough to centre and beaches. Very lovely staff. I travelled solo and felt very safe. Excellent location for walking and catching busses to Mahon, Citudella. Sa Liuna restaurant on site serves great food and the staff are all very lovely and speak excellent English. I would recommend this place to all ages but there are steps and slopes to be mindful of.

  Lovely lady in reception more than helpful was slightly out of season and weather was temperamental but no quarms whatsoever would def come back again and def. Recommend such a beautiful place

  Traumatic experience

  We came here to stay with our dog for a few days but had a horrible and traumatic experience. Please read the full review.To begin with, the rooms are dirty. They have dirt everywhere on the ground, stains on sheets, towels, and shower. As other people have already said, the cleaning ladies clean very superficially. Stepping without socks gave you a really gross feeling. In terms of sleeping, we came in early April, and it was still a bit cold at night. The heaters that are given are the cheapest thing ever. The only give on per room. Only a small heater that barely does anything. We were freezing all night. Additionally, for what we paid for, towels aren't changed, the furniture in one room fell apart, the toasters, plates, and silverware were dirty and minimal.The location itself is ok. There's a pool for kids and a small restaurant. However, the area itself is a bit sketchy. You need for sure a car to move around, and it feels like a ghost town. No one is outside, everything is closed, and you are trapped in a tiny beach area with nothing to do. But, there is a good hiking trail.Now for the serious part. Over the days, we had very noisy neighbors who had kids on top of us. They would bang a lot, scream, run, and the husband would begin yelling violently towards the wife. On our last night, the situation got worse. The husband began yelling at the wife violently, moving furniture around slamming doors. Many times, using very harsh slurs towards her. It reached a point where he began physically abusing her with the kids in the apartment. The woman left in distress, yelling and begging loudly for help, screaming through the staircase. We were all very freightned and decided to call the emergency number given by the hotel. To our surprise, they told us they couldn't do anything, that we should've complained the first night, and that they wouldn't be able to call the police, even with their documentation. They were absolutely useless. We felt very unsafe and extremely freightned and decided to call the police, since the same wife had been yelling for the past nights, and on this night, screaming for help. The police were advised and came as fast as possible. We did not want to see the situation, and it was 23:00h at night, with a flight the next day. We packed very quickly and left running out the apartment before the police arrived due to the dite situation that we had. We were forced to find another accommodation in another town at midnight, wearing pajamas and with a dog.I'm not sure if the apartment owners will agree with this review or if it will be taken down, but I would like to say, we have left traumatic after witnessing and being involved in a physical abuse case. Never again will we come back. The receptionists were borderline useless with a poor woman and two small kids' lives and well-being at stake. What human being would shrug their shoulders and say, "That's not my problem". We left before the police arrived so we weren't sure what happened next. They contacted the hotel to get their documentation and would act accordingly. I'm not sure if this will be on the news in Menorca, but this occurred on 04/04/24. I truly hope the poor victims got the necessary support that they needed. Our family has now been traumatized and will be difficult to erase the memory. Not one neighbor next to our building reacted. Everything was left to our hands to be able to protect this family. Truly cold blooded humans.Please DO NOT come to this apartment and save your family's sanity! Legal action will be pressed against the apartment company.

  Had great holiday here

  2 bed apartment overlooking the bay. Rooms are quite basic but clean and have everything you need.Reception lady is so nice and pleasant. Always happy to give you local information.Restaurant had lovely veggie pizza and again staff are so friendly and welcoming.5 mins from gorgeous Cala Galdana beach, Supermarket 2 minutes away.Lots of stairs but good exercise.Great holiday and definitely recommend these apartments.
