Location

This apartment complex enjoys a peaceful location just 300 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach. It is just a short distance from many shopping and entertainment venues and the nearest bus stop is 300 m away. Addaya harbour is around 2 km away and the stunning lagoon of Fornells is roughly 12 km away. The transfer time to the airport takes around half an hour.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 10 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The apartment complex provides a baggage storage service, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom, and a fan ensures just the right temperature. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a double bed. Separate bedrooms can be booked. A minibar is provided. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The complex has family rooms and 10 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. Leisure options at the complex include snorkelling, a spa and hiking. For a fee, guests can also enjoy windsurfing, canoeing and diving.

    what a find this place is,very clean and very quite,we had our own pool which was very clean as our apartment was.also.we had the 3 bedroom apartment with. 2 bathrooms and plenty of cooking utensils.restaurant and supermarket 5 mins away,beach and more restaurants 10 mins away.we will defo go back.if you have children there is a big waterpark 10 mins away

    This is our forth stay and have enjoyed every visit.This time we travelled as a family with 4 adults and an infant. We had apartment 12a which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The grounds and pool are well kept and the rooms were clean and there was plenty of room for us. This is self catering and as such there is no maid service. We ate breakfast and lunch at the apartment and ate out in the evening. The lovely beach is only 2-300 metres walk, there is a mini supermarket and Italian restaurant 100 metres. There are more restaurants about 500 metres away. The apartments are ideally placed for walks to Na Macaret, along the cliff walk or through the path and for coffee or dinner. What more can I say except that our favourite time to visit are either mid June or early September when it not too hot. David and staff has always been very helpful and thank you for another great stay.

    Clean and simple appartments in a quiet neighborhood, we stayed at nr5, which had slightly stuffy (smelly) towels, but generally clean app. Also pool was cleaned every day. David was quick and very responsive, even upgraded our app to a bigger one without charge! Thank you for a very pleasant stay! Will come again!

    We booked 12a...villa plus. There was good communication between us and David before and during the holiday. He responded to all messages and questions fairly quickly. There is no ac but fans are provided. There is no safe, which I did worry about but David assured us our passports and money would be safe as long as they were locked away and the villa locked securely when we went out. We had a double room with double bed, ceiling fan and on suite bathroom. The second room had twin single beds and the third had bunk beds. There is another bathroom. kitchen and sitting room come diner. The villa is spacious but slightly dated hence the 2 star. It is a small complex with a pool and 2 min walk to the beach which is lovely. We arrived Monday 2nd july 2018, the complex was quiet so we managed to share the pool with other families without any problems. On Sat 7th July several families with several children arrived together and took over the pool and complex, this is unfortunate as there was never any space in the pool for my grandchildren and in the evening they all gathered together at the back of our villa to prepare a bbq and eat, it was like a cafe the way they had the table laid out, they also used both bbq's, one of which was on the veranda of the villa which I assume is for holiday makers who rented the villa. Luckily we did not want to use it that night. The upside is they did quieten down at around 11 so it could have been worse and I guess that can be downside of communal holidays. In spite of this glitch we had had a great holiday and all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

    We stayed for about 2 weeks and found this a great place, not too big or busy, it is clean and tidy. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Supermarket and the beach are in walking distance. We had a great stay.
