  Very basic but the price was right.

  The place needs to be painted and cleaned properly. The footpath around the back of the property is uneven and neglected. There were no extra blankets or pillows.it can get cold in the night time. The reception area wasn't open very often. The standard of cleanliness needs to be improved .

  Natalia kindly let us use the pool after our villa checkout. The pool and loungers etc were amazingly well maintained etc. Shame the bar wasn’t open. Looks like a great place to stay abs close to the beach and restaurants. Lots of space for sunbathing.

  Disappointing Sparse Accomodation

  Stayed at this accommodation as my friends had rented a villa down the street. When I arrived there was no staff for check in and the message i had received didn't clearly state which apartment I was in, so had to make a call on roaming charges to be able to know which apartment to go to. Bed was OK but there was no fans or air conditioning in the apartment, which meant that doors and windows had to be opened. As such there were a lot of mosquitos at night as there was no fly screen on the windows and thus I did not sleep very well at night. No staff on site, fresh towels were left outside on a table once. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation, the only upside was that it was convenient for me to walk to my friends villa.

  Unpleasant self-catering experience with zero service

  The hotel has advertised for free toiletries but when we arrived we didn't find anything apart from 1 toilet paper not even a small soap to wash our hands after the long journey. They have never provided anything after and when we asked they said that we have to buy our own toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper,....etc), so basically we have been mislead with false information, what toiletries do they provide?Don't try to communicate with hotel prior to arrival as it is hopeless, we've sent various emails well before our holiday & kept calling the hotel but in vain, only once a person who only speaks spanish picked up the phone and we couldn't go anywhere as he didn't understand english.Never seen in my life a hotel with a reception that opens for only 4 hours in 24 hours (from 2 to 6pm only), even the emergency number they have either doesn't pick up or there's a voicemail in spanish that we got someone to translate and advised us that it says (the mailbox of this mobile number is full and can't take any extra messages), what kind of service is that, an emergency number that no one answers!!!Getting into the apartment the conditions weren't great, fallen off wardrobe door, stained towels, broken mop & rusty kettle.The level of service in the hotel was really poor, never been in a self catering apartment that is never cleaned, normally the hotel does basic cleaning and change rubbish bags for us but in this hotel we were surprised that they never clean, provide or change rubbish bags, the guy told us "you have to buy your own rubbish bags".So basically be prepared to buy everything including soap, shampoo, shower gel, extra toilet paper, rubbish bags, cleaning materials for the toilet, bathroom & kitchen.....etcI have made this booking 5 months in advance and clearly stated in my booking that I don't wish a ground floor apartment and despite of that they have given us a ground floor claiming that they didn't receive my request, I asked the manager if I can stay for few days in the apartment they offered me and then move to a high floor one once any becomes available as my stay was for 12 nights but he totally refused and said that none will be available; even though some apartments upstairs became available but he was stubborn and still refused to move us.Overall not happy with this hotel & its service, my advice: pay a bit more and stay somewhere else..

  Worst place ever! In four days we never had any cleaning in our apartment. Very basic apartment. No A/C. I think that you can find a much better place for the same money. The reception (last piture added) showed what you could expect staying with them.
