    Suitable for young families

    rating21 Apr 2026

Stayed here as a family of four in July 2025, so a belated review but might be useful for allergy families trying to decide. Would consider returning while our children are young (ours 3 & 1) but wouldn't say there's much for older children. Play park is a little run down and that area could do with a refresh. The baby lounge isn't as modern or as well located for using while at the pool as at other Grupotel/Tui Blue places I've been to, but it didn't really matter as the accommodation is all very close to the pool and the buildings are low rise so it was easy to nip back to the room - we were on the ground floor so never had to navigate lifts with the pram which was convenient. Room was lovely, despite being all inclusive we had a kitchenette which was convenient for drinks and the bathroom had separate shower and bath tub. Brilliant for a family with young children. The cot we were provided with was a proper wooden cot on wheels which was appreciated as we could move it around easily for nap time and was reliable enough to use as a baby jail. Food - the restaurant was clean and I appreciated the way they had a number of tables already set up with highchairs so you didn't need to start every meal moving around furniture.Unfortunately one of our children has a dairy & nut allergy and a soya intolerance and we did find this difficult. We were told to fill out a form at check in and show it to the manager, but when we did he just showed us how everything was labelled, which was the same as at other Tui Blues we have been too, but I didn't feel as confident eating here as there seemed to be some confusion, or perhaps they were being over cautious about the "may contain" labelling on items. For example the plain porridge oats were marked with nuts as an allergy warning. A dish marked vegan in the Vegetarian Corner was marked with milk as an allergen. A soup labelled vegetarian had the shellfish allergen marked. One lunch time the manager very reluctantly allowed to pass through a hamburger from the snack bar (directly adjacent but only staff can go between, guests have to use separate entrances) where they were on the daily menu and the allergen label showed them as suitable for our son, as there was nothing suitable for him on the main menu that day. When the same hamburger was in the kids section of the main restaurant, it was marked with milk as an allergen - we luckily didn't have a reaction on this holiday, but this did worry me.They do have a gluten free section, so I did get my son the coco pop equivalent from here most days as the GF items are put out with their original packaging so you can be confident about the allergens - all the other cereals were decanted and had allergy warnings forr my son's allergens meaning they weren't suitable. They did have a variety of milk options, if I recall correctly there was soya, oat and lactose free available alongside standard cows' milk. No alternative yogurts or porridges like some other sites offer, but they did have a DF spread (did contain soya, but can't win them all). The GF bread, cereal, crackers etc were only out at breakfast so we would allow our son a chocolate chip cookie from this section each morning as none of the actual desserts were suitable for him which was a shame. (Bar the ice lollies available in both the snack bar and kids section of the restaurant). The chicken nuggets on offer always had milk in the batter, the tomato pasta had cheese on top rather than able to be added and the plain spaghetti and pasta was tossed with soy sauce, so these easy options were off limits. Talking to another allergy parent, she was able to have some plain pasta boiled on request, but with the ages of our children we didn't feel we could wait as the restaurant doesn't open for evening meals until 6pm and it was a scramble to feed hangry children and get out in time for the Blue Tots portion of the evening entertainment.Snack bar - the only vegan option here for myself was chips and ice lollies, not much more was suitable for our allergy child and with birds flying round and plenty of wasps we didn't spend much time here. It's a shame the hot dog sausages had milk in as he could have had those.Drinks - it was nice that these were branded, and at lunch and evening you could get yourself wine/lager/sangria in the restaurant, but otherwise all drinks were via the bar (in small cups) which could be frustrating - it would be nice to be able to serve yourself/have a larger portion. Pool team were excellent - towards the end of our holiday there was an "incident" and they seemed very well rehearsed on how to handle Code Brown - very fast and efficient response, with masks, chemicals and even one of the lifeguards donning a mask and getting in. They were also excellent during a lightning storm. Entertainment team - very well done to them, particularly on the night they had to do a last minute alteration to the whole cast show and bring it indoors due to the storm, a great atmosphere. A typical mix of family entertainment, visiting trapeze acts and a film night. Kids club and baby club - used both of these and our children were happy and so were we - there is very limited capacity in baby club (low ratios which is great) so spaces go quickly. It's a shame that you couldn't buy a Tui 3000 teddy separately - these were part of a fortnightly evening kids club experience, and as this occurred right at the start of our holiday we didn't realise that there wouldn't be another opportunity during our stay - our son would have really liked one and had spending money from his grandparents I'd rather he spent on these rather than the 1001 toy machines. Photo shoot people - very expensive, over £200 and you feel guilted into paying as they take all the photos first then "work out a package" afterwards. Sun loungers - we were there before English schools broke up and the not reserving beds was adhered to. By the second week the towels were out at the crack of dawn, standard. There was always the odd bed to be found. All in all we would go again if the price was good, but the food was limited for our particular requirements, we have stayed at other all inclusives with more options.

    October Break

    rating22 Dec 2025

Visited the hotel as a family of 10 (3yrs-60's) during the 4th week of October. We had a great week with lots to do for the children, the entertainment team were great keeping everyone occupied and entertained.During our first few days the hotel seemed half empty, it was great! It did fill up towards the end of our stay but it was still fine.We had adjoining 1 bedroom apartments which the youngest loved wandering between rooms. They were a little dated but perfectly clean. We were in block 4 the furthest away from the pool etc. lovely and quiet. We had no issues with the food in the buffet restaurant, always something tasty and different each night, the choice was a little limited, it did seem as though some sections were closed off as the hotel was winding down for winter, but that said the chef was great, out checking everyone was fine and happy with the food.We were lucky with the weather for October, we had some great sunny days. Fantastic hotel for a holiday with children, been there so probably wouldn't return (like to try different places each time) but would definitely recommend it as a family holiday.

    Great late summer destination

    rating01 Nov 2025

The hotel resort is very nice, well maintained with great facilities including swimming pools, sauna, steam room, gym, bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always on hand to assist with anything. The food is tasty with plenty of choice including the Tapas restaurant which you can use once during your stay as part of the inclusive package. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the team make them up each day.The nearby beaches and harbour are very good, the sea is clean and clear with plenty of fish to be seen when swimming. The bars and restaurants in the town are very nice and reasonable prices. Absolutely Brilliant!

    rating30 Oct 2025

October 13th to 27th. Arrived at hotel at 12 noon hoping the room might be ready, it was, great start. Requested before going, a high floor as I am a very light sleeper, facing South. Got a middle floor as guessed the hotel was quiet and nobody was put on the top floor. It was facing South and was perfect. Paid extra for a suite so had a living room and kitchen as well as bedroom. All facilities you could expect in a suite were in there. Reception staff exceptional. As got bracelets, as were all inclusive, (as well as pools towels) on check in we were able to go straight to lunch after drinks at the pool bar. Everyday the bar staff were great, and we never had to wait long, mostly getting served straight away. Tried a lot of the drinks available free to us. Vast majority very good, Amstel on draught and fizzy wine from a bottle particularly good. Only niggles, fresh orange, a couple of the cocktails and draught white wine not to our taste. The meals were excellent every day. We feared, as being the end of of season, choice might be limited. Not at all. A great variety every day. Even my wife who has moaned at other hotels repetitive menus in the past, praised the choices available. Too many good things to mention, but, must say, when on Sunday, Yorkshire pudding, roast meats and vegetables were on, my wife was in her element. For me the Spanish dishes were the high light, and also when I found out you can request your own pizza, I requested a seafood one which was perfect. All staff in restaurant very professional. The head chef especially so.Plenty of pools and sunbeds, plenty of tables both in and outside, variety of entertainment and activities day and night. Activitiy staff great. Tui reps. great. The hotels location is a 4 minute walk to one beach and the port, where there are lots of bars, shops and restaurants. An 8 minute walk to another beach. There is a unmade path between beaches with little 'coves' with very small beaches with enough room for a few families. The sea when calm was clear and perfect for snorkeling, I saw 6 different types of fish. Our room was cleaned everyday, new towels supplied when needed and was quiet. Even the air conditioning wasn't too loud. Had a good night's sleep every night.I cannot fault this hotel. We had a fantastic two weeks. We didn't have kids with us, but saw lots having a great time and I would recommend it for those with or without.
