Location

This apartment complex is located right in the lively bay of Mahón, surrounded by a stunning garden, just a few steps from a small dock. It is the ideal starting point to explore the island. The centre of Mahón is around 5 km away and the airport is around 10 km from the hotel. Sa Mesquida beach is only around 2.5 km away and there are bus connections to Sa Mesquida and Mahón from here.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 30 apartments located in two 2-storey buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Rooms

The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. The hotel has family rooms and 30 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. With beach volleyball available, active guests can exercise to their heart's content. With snorkelling or, for a fee, water skiing, sailing, catamaraning and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. A wellness area with a spa is available to guests. For a fee, massage treatments are also offered. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can order à la carte. Set menus are available at dinner. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. The apartment hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We had a wonderful stay ar Calallonga Hotel. Staff is so friendly and eager to help. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Ordered a lovely paella for dinner the night we didn’t go out from the restaurant to our room and enjoyed it on the balcony. Only downside is, you are far from beaches or closest town - need to call a taxi, as it’s not within walking (or easy cycling) distance.     Huge rooms. Spotlessly clean. Excellent food and great value. Great views. I cannot say enough nice things. Also, I left my dental retainers in a towel in the bathroom, and not only did they find them the next day, but put them in a taxi to my next hotel, 40 minutes away.     Brilliant. Peaceful. Modern design. Lovely views. Restaurant quality food. Friendly staff. Everything looked and felt beautiful. It fed my soul as it was such a nice experience. A very quiet hotel, more for relaxing rather than talking. I recommend taking a book. Sunloungers were a bit noisy to move on and pool was too cold to swim at the end of September.
