  The staff are the jewel in the Crown.a lovely welcome and helpful the room spotless and kept that way. everything from the pol bar to the spa as normal. It was unusally hot ,curtailed us a bit.i have sadly deducted a point due to the dissapointing,decine in the food quality in the evening.We always raved about the amazing dinner.A huge repetitive mountin of pork..on repeat the upsetting suckling pig..served twice in one week..also grouper fish served twice. No wonderful roast lamb, no beef..we expected it. we have loved our holidays here..We will miss all the staff especialy reception team.

  Another superb vacation.

  My third visit to this hotel. The standard of the cleaning team is of the highest quality and constant throughout the day. The pool view rooms are spacious and comfortable. The choice of food both at breakfast and the evening meal is second to none with a wide variety of choice.I would like to praise Isabel on the reception this morning for quickly resolving an issue as we had an early coach pick up.Am looking forward to another stay later in the year.   An excellent hotel, which provides the perfect opportunity to get away.

  This is truly a wonderful hotel, which totally exceeded my expectations. You have to experience this yourself to fully appreciate the exceptional atmosphere and hospitality which it offers.Every aspect of my stay enabled me to ‘switch off’, rest, relax and recharge.The room is very comfortable, with a lovely and generous sized balcony, where I enjoyed the morning and early afternoon sun. The room is cleaned every day to a very high standard. In fact, the hotel is cleaned regularly, throughout the day - it’s extremely clean and well maintained.I cannot tell you just how delicious, nutritious and varied the food is, both breakfast and dinner. Don’t be put off by the buffet style - the food is exceptionally fresh and tasty. I loved the choices available from the ‘grill’. You can eat as much as you want; you can indulge in some magnificent desserts or choose from vibrant fruit choices; fish dishes are great, there was even a suckling pig on offer! This is the perfect location if you really want some quiet time. I walked every day, within and around the area, along the extraordinary coastline. There are a few cafes, restaurants and bars to enjoy during the day, if you can bear to tear yourself away!The staff are friendly and welcoming - there is a wellness program if you’re looking for a particular treatment.The hotel’s approach to sustainability and using local products, from its farms, make this an extraordinarily attractive option for your next holiday!   A lovely modern hotel with very good facilities,

  A lovely modern hotel with very good facilities, perhaps especially well suited to couples.The hotel was so welcoming from the moment we arrived - rather late- to be warmly welcomed by the lovely receptionist, who was part of a great team - always helpful.The room was spacious, with a balcony (some overlook the pool, which are great in May - the other side might be better when it is hotter later in the season?).There's a big comfortable bed, an in room safe, and tea and coffee making facilities - and a fridge. We found several English TV channels if needed. It was kept sparklingly clean.The outside pool was lovely - though apparently, we were brave going in (it wasn't cold! Some people found it cool apparently...). The spa is lovely, and usually easy to book the day before - it often booked up in the later afternoon. The pool was great, and there was a sauna and steam room. The staff were lovely. You could have various treatments too. We enjoyed the food (one of us is veggie), and there was lots of choice at both breakfast and dinner on our half board package (lots of people were on half board). Lots of fruit, veg and salad, as well as a wide choice of mains, starters and desserts. Drinks were not included, but were very reasonable - cocktails comparable to the UK, other drinks slightly cheaper. A very pleasant chilled cava was always on offer, and went well with the food. The pool bar also served drinks, snacks and tea and coffee during the day.We'd researched it beforehand, but the location might be an issue for some people. We loved it - it's in a fairly residential, quiet area, on a small bay, and walking distance to two others (Cala Blanca and Sa Caleta). There were good local buses, very reasonable (we did make a mistake once and overshot our stop!!), and we did hire a car for a few days to see some more remote parts of the island. The hotel helped with this, too. Ciutadella was walkable if you are moderately fit, or a short taxi or bus journey away. Finally, I can't speak highly enough of the staff. Everyone was so professional and friendly - the reception team, the bar staff, all of the waiting staff in the restaurant, the spa staff, and all of the very many cleaners were a delight - and everyone was so patient with our stumbling language skills.
