Location

This hotel is located directly in Punta Prima's tourist centre and is just 50 m from the fine sandy bay. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. Moreover, Mahón and the like-named airport are to be found a mere 9 km away and easily reached on bus. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 12 suites, 18 single rooms and 103 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a TV room, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a smoking area are available. Amenities include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. A sofa bed ensures a good night's sleep. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. A variety of sports are offered at the hotel, including crazy golf and golf or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking and Nordic walking. For an additional fee, guests can also choose from table tennis and billiards. A wellness area with a solarium is available at the hotel. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Half board can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner.

    A lovely three star hotel right on the beach.I love this hotel, been there a few times and no doubt will be back soon.Food, I have no complaints, for a three star hotel it was very good.We stayed in one of the bungalows in the ground. There are great if you can get one, very quiet but not far from the pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and genuinely very child friendly.

    We've just arrived back home after a superb 11 days at the Xaloc Playa and will be returning in September. Many thanks to everyone there for all your efforts in making our stay so enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble. Richard and Janice

    The effort that the staff put in at this hotel is incredible. So clean and friendly. Incredible location. The buffet offering is smaller than other places but great quality and everything you need. We only stayed 3 nights but wish it could have been longer.

    Second visit to this hotel within 7 months. Excellent location just over from a wonderful beach. Food is good, rooms are clean and all the staff are amazing.However....there seems to be a confused policy over where smoking is allowed and not. Guests were smoking on their balconies, by the pool and inside the outdoor pool snack bar. This meant poisonous nicotine fumes were being inhaled by people eating, sunbathing and even in their rooms. The lounge/entertainment area in the evening was frequently stinking of fumes from people smoking outside in the pool cafe area.In this day and age a designated smoking facility needs to be provided outside and well away from hotel guest areas and properly enforced.Such a shame as the hotel deserves 5 stars.

    Hotel clean most of staff very nice ,Break was going very well until someone stole ,New make up and New Antibacterial make up sponge which wasn’t cheap , All item were left in clear see through Bag And going through underwear draw also , Was not happy hotel didn’t want to know , Food wasn’t bad managed to eat something even being vegetarian , Hotel is good for Bus to catch to Mahon , Few little restaurants by the Beach , Apart from Theft ,The break would have been perfect ,
