    We had a weekend with the family and we were great. From the moment of booking the girl we were in contact with was very attentive and everything was very easy. The stay was great, the place clean and with all the necessary details and the ;last day we could leave later without problems, with no other entrances. We'll definitely be back.     Highly recommended! It is exactly as seen in photosCentral structure (center of ciutadella within walking distance), modern, clean and organized! Comfortable bed and very large showerThe room is redone every 3 days but if you need anything just ask, in person or via whatsapp I did not think but the great kitchen available is of an absurd comfort!!!!Mary è un angelo!     The location of this hotel is exceptional, but unfortunately we didn’t realise at the time of booking that this is a Hostel, it a Hotel.The rooms are dirty and the beds do not even have sheets that cover them property. No in room safe, the bar fridge did not work property. The shower in the bathroom is definitely a flip flops on affair.The lady who runs the hostel is lovely, but I would not stay again unfortunately.

    Booked this hotel in July via Booking.com, for our honeymoon in September. Paid in full as per their request. They cancelled 2 weeks before our arrival date stating 'double booked '. After a lot of hassle, and very little options left, given the late notification, we managed to find an (more expensive) alternative. We decided to take a look at this hotel when on our honeymoon.Turns out the hotel doesn't even exist! The exterior shows some signs of building work and the interior is just a shell of a building site. Pretty disgusted that they were even allowed to advertise / take bookings and take money when they weren't even anywhere near completion. Booking.com awful to deal with. Very poor customer service .
