Location

This attractive luxury hotel is situated directly beside the beach (approximately 150 m away). Mahón is around 8km and the airport can be reached in 30 minutes by public transport.

Facility

Units include 52 suites located in a 2-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The apartment hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel doctor. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a projector.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, central heating and a fan. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The wide range of activities offered at the apartment hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, golf, archery and horse riding. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as kayaking, snorkelling, water aerobics and aquafit or, for a fee, diving. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, darts, squash, yoga and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, anti-ageing treatments, Ayurveda treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Half board is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet and dinner are served every day. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We had a lovely time at the resort in Punta Prima, the location was perfect great atmosphere the rooms were very big and spacious, value for the money we spent the whole complex including the rooms were very clean with limited noise the service was the best we have encountered for a long while, where we stayed the amenities were just right for couples.

    The apartment at Insotel Punta Prima Prestige was great. The whole place was lovely. We used the pools each day. There is also a spa, play area for kids and a splash pool. We had half board and the breakfast snd evening meals were very good.A very good choice of continental meats/ cereals/ pastries, all tupes of bread as well as hamband cheese bagels. Also they cooked breakfast for you in the restaurant- eggs your way, omlettes, pancakes etc.There was always a choice of three fish and three meat cooked for the evening meal , which you chose and was cooked in front if you. Also other dishes , - carvery, or paella type as well as other choices for the evening meal. The drinks were expensive but we were only taking mineral water. It is only a short walk to the village which has a few restaurants, cafes two supermarkets and some shops. There was also a market, a few stalls on most days. There us a bus stopping outside the resort going to Mahon and other places as well as a tourist yrain but we decided just to relax at the resort and loved it. The beach at Punta Prima is lovely. Sandy with very clear water and shallow for a good while.     Great experience, specifically due to the friendliness and quality of staff! Francis, Hugo, Isbel, and all of the staff at meals were exceptional - especially with our young son.     Fab holiday at Insotel Punta Prima Prestige Suites!

    Insotel Punta Prima Prestige Suites are wonderful. Plenty of room with great size balcony with bistro table/chairs and comfortable sun loungers. Also two bathrooms, one with jacuzzi bath, large shower, bidet, loo and two sinks and the other a shower room with loo and sink. The little enclosed kitchen area was plenty big enough for our needs. (Not that we cooked anything)! The pool area was great, lovely and relaxing with plenty of sun loungers but we found the drinks at the pool bar to be too expensive. It was good to be able to use the facilities/activities at Insotel Resort & Spa e.g. aquarobics, 'yogalates', stretching, HIIT. We could also go to the evening entertainment there too, although we enjoyed the ABBA and Mowtown shows other nights were not our 'cup of tea.' The food in Nura restaurant was very good and the meat or fish freshly cooked in front of you by the two lovely chefs! There were also plenty of other dishes ready to choose from (although could have been hotter). The service team in the restaurant was lead by the very helpful Host, Francis. I was disappointed that the Sa Savina restaurant was not open and we were unable to have a change of restaurant on site during our two week stay. The reception staff were always pleasant and helpful. Feedback (which is requested) is taken notice of and acted upon, thank you Norah, it made a big difference!     We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the warm welcome to the consistently excellent service throughout our visit.A special compliment goes to the Subdirector, Jusep, whose professionalism and kindness made a real difference.
