Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. All-inclusive can be booked.     Location for the gorgeous beach is fantastic, pools and slides are great, staff very helpful. this is a properly all inclusive hotel (none of the local drinks only trick) i was bit disappointed that the safe in the room was not free as it is in many other places. the only downside about a lovely week long stay was the restaurants are very busy, and loud. Our son is autistic and struggled with this but we just decided to go early as we could each time. The staff at this hotel from the waiters to the cleaners to the lifeguards are fantastic and deserve a raise ! . Not a lot to do in Punta Prima as very quiet but the beach more than makes up for that, highly recommend this hotel to young families.

    In a nutshell - It wasn’t a terrible hotel but it wasn’t great either. We stayed as a family of four in a superior apartment. The room itself is basic, with no tea and coffee making facilities, one bottle of water on arrival and a weak air con system. The pools are very much set up for kids and my two (one aged 9 and one 11) loved the pools and slides.If you’ve already booked, my suggestions to help you be well prepared- - If you are arriving in the morning you cant check in until 3pm so have your pool day stuff easily accessible to avoid rummaging through your entire suitcase in reception - it turns out you can only book one restaurant during your entire stay 🤯 so book your desired one on the day of arrival otherwise you might not get in!!- if I had the option I’d go for a ground floor room so I can chase the sun as the balcony was in the shade the majority of the time - the food is pretty awful so we ate out A LOT.     Firstly id like to say I never write reviews but I feel I have to for this. From the first day we had £65 taken from an envelope in my backpack in our room, we reported this to the hotel and TUI but just to be told its our fault for leaving it there. The adults food was poor and kids food was shocking. We ended up having to go the shops as our kids were hardly eating. There are golf buggys and vans driving around site paths at high speed which you can imagine is a problem with kids around. The whole experience was very poor and not as advertised.     Always an exceptional holiday as venue has excellent facilities for everyone.

    Excellent room with very good facilities and everything in good working order. Bathroom setup was also good and all working well. We had an exceptional view from our room and many a morning was enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise with a coffee / tea. The room was serviced regularly with linen and towels changed at reasonable intervals. The staff are all very well trained and respond to every enquiry and requests with a smile and some good banter. Food quality and quantity as always was superb and there were no issues with availability for us. We have been coming here for the last few years and as returning visitors we have seen some changes and they have all been for the better (i.e. deposit for pool towels reduced down to €15 (used to be €20) and is refunded a few days after departure they are also able to be changed for free every day which used be just on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). It has been a consistently high standard that we are now considering bringing more guests with us for our return next year.
