  bad experience ... very disappointed in the behavior of the managers after my stay after I was created a huge damage to a luxury bag that I had left in the room with cleaning product ... irreparable damage by the way, I took it to several places in Rome and everyone said that nothing can be done ... and they did not reimburse me for this huge damage so not only ruined a beautiful memory of the holiday but they ruined an object dear to me and did economic damage that I now can neither use the bag nor buy it back.   Excellent structure, very central, small with few rooms but well looked after, clean, quiet. Check in automatically via a desktop.The rooms were made up every day. In the basement of the building there was a common room where there was a kettle, coffee machine, microwave and croissants for breakfast.Overall very satisfied.   Hotel from hell

  If the marquis de sade had been a hotelier, this would have been his. Check in is automated and designed to fail, leaving one frustrated with feelings of inadequacy (my partner in tears of frustration) had it not been for a friendly cleaner, I do not think we would have got in!- a voice on the phone was unhelpful & implied it was our fault, but when we finally gained access to the dungeon that was our room , we could hear the parade of other unfortunates struggling to check in.The room had bunk beds - the top so high my partner slept on the floor for fear of injury as there was no safety rail. Tiny living space, and dark. Nice bathroom , suspiciously equipped for the disabled!   Perfect for what we needed

  Booked as part of an Expedia package with flights which seemed to drastically reduce the cost. 4* hotel which is more like serviced apartments as there’s no front desk. Beautiful interior design just like a ship and the room had all the mod cons like air con, fan, automatic skylight, fridge, excellent WiFi. Slept like a log for 5 nights and handy location right in the centre of Ciutadella. For breakfast each morning, turn left out of hotel front door and walk through the arches until you come to the first little coffee shop - filled croissant and coffee for less than €4 each every morning.   The most amazing relaxing experience

  This is a stunningly beautiful place. Amazing decor. The beds are extremely comfortable and excellent quality bed linen and towels. Right in the centre of the most beautiful town in Menorca. So quiet , I could have heard a pin drop. I was awoken by sun streaming through the windows and the ringing of the church bells. An u forgettable experience .....I didn't want to leave. Definitely to be recommended.....romantic and cosy
