  Really enjoyed our stay here. Good communication prior to our trip and as we were arriving late in the evening a note of which room we were staying in was in the reception window when we arrived. We were in a first floor one bedroom room overlooking the pool. The key was in the door. There was a large bottle of cold water in the fridge and the ceiling fan in the lounge was on which no doubt had kept the temperature down for our arrival. There is another ceiling fan above the bed as well as air con in both rooms. The bed was also very comfy and with the window shutters and good curtains it made for a peaceful sleep. No kettle but easy to heat water in a cup in the microwave. Plenty of plates and utensils and even olive oil and salt and pepper. Good sized fridge freezer. Washing up liquid and sponge and plenty of tea towels provided. Plenty of towels and hot water. Communal room with washing machine and iron facilities if needed. Luggage room and showers if leaving late and small shed with books if in need of more reading material needed for relaxing by the pool. Lovely grounds and clean pool. Only eight sunloungers around the pool which isn't enough for twelve apartments really but the majority of the time we were the only ones around it as most people went off to wherever until the afternoon. We mostly just relaxed, read and swam in peace. Bus stop outside the apartments for a cheap ride into citudella or a nice walk along the coast of about 45 mins. Decent small supermarket about five minutes walk away and big Lidl and Mercado in Citudella. Quiet area with restaurants and bars about 15mins walk away. Recommend the hanging chicken kebabs at Frankie's and some good entertainment in the Jimmy hills square. The Motown show, Abba show and the Latino pop show were truly excellent. Hopefully back here soon.

  Very nice accommodation with a gorgeous pool area. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and the resort centre is a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended for a peaceful bar close to all the amenities. It is a hidden gem.

  Things to know:- no air con in the appartments, only ceiling fans- no basics in the kitchen except for tea towels. No oils, no salt or pepper, no washing up liquid or sponges... of course there are plates, pots, frying pans, toaster etc but quite often in other appartments like this people leave things behind like jam or whatever that they dont use during their stay, but there was nothing at all like that or at least not in our appartment- toilet roll supplied!- pool towels can be rented- free wifi- easy parking in the street- quite & calm- pool spotless- humming birds come into the garden- communal washing machine- restaurants, bars & supermarkets all within a 10 min walk- bins: no bin bags provided and you have to empty your own bins (this seems to be the way it happens for everyone in the district)- little beach about a 5-10 min walk away but very busy as there is an hotel just beside it- another swimming spot nearby but with no beach- BBQ availableAll in all we had a lovely stay and really location & price wise it cant be faulted

  Spent 10 days here early June. The apartments are a 5 minute walk from the busier part of Cala Blanes soare very peaceful. 12 apartments in all and the gardens and pool area are well kept just like the photo,s they owners display. Yes the apartments are only rated 1 star but they are clean and tidy with everything you need. Towels changed on the 4th day and bedding and towels change on the 7 day., you are expected to take your own rubbish out but this isn't a problem. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the place to stay no frills but that suits me.

  We are just back from a two weeks stay in this apartment.THE APARTMENT AND ITS FACILITIESThere are12 apartments- 4 two beds and 8 one beds. It is a 6 up and 6 down development. The upstairs are all one bed apartment and al have balconies, some bigger than others. All have a table and 2/4 chairs.We had an upper one room apartment. The apartment was very well laid out and equipped.It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and with a large wardrobe. There is an option to rent a safe.There is a separate toilet with a bath/shower and lots of hot water. Some toilets have bidets as well.There is a kitchen/living room which has a sofa, dining room table, and four chairs. The kitchen area has a fridge, two hot plates, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster kettle and a coffee pot. Lots of cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery. While there is no air conditioning unit, there are large ceiling fans, in the bedroom and the living /kitchen room which worked very well keeping us cool.The venue has a pool, with toilets and showers and use of an outdoor BBQ facility, which can be booked. The reception is open during the mornings. The facility is very clean and maintained each morning. It is located 5 minutes from the beach(s). 5 minutes from the supermarkets. And the bus is right outside. The location of Cala'n Blanes consists of nice low rise developments. The shops and restaurants are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main town of Ciutadella can be accessed by bus 15 minutes or by a lovely sea walk 45 minutes.Overall HIGHLY recommended for a very relaxing – quiet holiday.PS I recommend a visit to the Trotting races which take place on Sundays at 18.00 hours at the Hippodrome, Torre del Ram, near Cala’n Blanes, Ciutadella.
