This hotel is located on the small bay of Cala Santandria. There is a stop for the public transport to be found just 100 m from the hotel. The airport is about 40 km away and can be reached in just 30 min.

    My third visit and as lovely as ever. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Breakfasts good. Stunning lication on the beach. Will be back next year.

    nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. rooms spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. beach on doorstep of hotel so ideal for anyone wishing a quiet beach holiday Only downside really were the breakfasts as there was not enough choice of 'hot' items.also area around hotel is very quiet, although the town of Ciutadella is only a short bus ride away

    With a fantastic views from our full sea view room and facing west we couldn't ask for more. The room was well appointed with a great balcony, spacious shower and very well kept. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice.

    The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and a little sun trap in the morning but you lose the sun in the afternoon. The hotel is on the beach but the resturant description is misleading. It is part of the hotel but runs independently and is open to the public so some days you can't get in it especially at the weekend as the table are all booked out. Breakfast upstairs was average. Some weird offerings some morning like baked sweet potato but enough choice to keep you going. So no bar in the hotel and you couldn't get into the resturant and not adults only like the hotel. Beach bar across the beach did some nice food and a grill house resturant on the corner but all very busy as not enough restaurants for the amount of people so suggest booking ahead. Beach is always busy from morning to late evening, lots of traffic on the road with scooters so don't expect any quiet time when on your balcony, apart from maybe 7am in the morning. You can walk round the coast to Ciutadella which about a 40 minute walk. We really liked it there, more restaurants, some lovely patisseries and a lovely feel to it. Would I go again to Hotel Playa Santandria. Not to that hotel as was misleading about the resturant

    Quiet clean hotel on beach not far from beautiful Ciutadella. Room clean, well maintained, plenty of hot water & kettle provided when asked. Staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast great, plentiful & good choice served in bright breakfast room overlooking sea. Restaurant downstairs good & great service. Neighbouring restaurant Sa Nache great so book. Sun beds on beach get reserved & cost 18e for 2 for the day, pool sun beds free but not many. Only downside for us was we booked a double room & got twin beds
