Location

The hotel enjoys an excellent location in one of the most beautiful areas in the north of Minorca. It is just 3 km from Ciutadella and 300 m from the centre of Cala'n Forcat. The apartments are surrounded by gardens and have been well integrated into the beautiful landscapes of Minorca's incomparable coast. The property is just 400 m from the beach. The capital city of the island, Mahón, and the international airport are 45 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 148 apartments located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     Horrible never again paying to get humiliated

    I stayed in this hotel with my husband i m shocked from the staff mainly the waiters who are working in breakfast buffet.The waiterS LIBERTAD and AITOR BOTH were very aggressive and rude denied a coffee request at 10:01 ( buffet is until 10) the chef was still working all people still queuing but they aggressively refuse. The waitress was extremely aggressive and her body language showed that clearly her voice was loud and she got a face tattoo added to the unprofessionalism Aitor : the previous night called me while i was leaving saying litreraly (did u take a drink!)I was embarrassed in front of people thinking do i look like running away without paying! He never apologized Anyway it feels like going to eat in buffet like going to battle with angry waiters.. We stayed 5 daysThe rooms are not well maintained they need painting changing of dirty kitchen equipments and especially beds with stains i will include photo of my bed stains to give clear ideaStains were everywhere its a real nightmare to sleep thereThe hotel Manager needs to know how the business is running it is loosing customers hiring unprofessional staff who doesn’t care about guests experience and frighten them.We are not coming back and for sure we are not the only ones who got this bad experience

    RV Hotels Sea Club Menorca is an older style hotel with small self contained apartments with kitchens. The rooms have been modernised but still have older features (old sliding door with Greece on the curtains, and poor air conditioning)? Catering is OK but wouldn’t want it to be the only food over a week. The hotel is more 3 star than 4. No water in the fridges nor a free safe (3e a day). Great sunset views and Eolo sunset bar.

    Unexpected Hospitality That Meant a Lot

    Despite our very late arrival due to flight delays, the hotel exceeded our expectations by bringing us a full dinner even after the restaurant had closed. It was a small act of kindness that meant a lot to us.Our room was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and offered a stunning view. The overall service and attention to detail were excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quiet, and great hospitality.

    We spent a few days at RVHotels Sea Club Menorca and found it to be an enjoyable stay.The staff were really friendly and always willing to help out. Our room was clean and nicely kept.The hotel’s location is decent – not far from Ciutadella. The layout of the complex feels a bit open though, a bit more greenery or some bushes here and there would definitely make the area feel more private and cozy.The buffet food was okay. There was enough to choose from, especially if you prefer more typical English-style meals.One of the best parts was watching the sunsets from the hotel.All in all, a solid choice.

    Underwhelming Experience.

    Reception staff were friendly and helpful.I arrived late in the afternoon I asked the receptionist if I was able to get something to eat as I had been travelling for most of the day without anything to eat, I was disappointed to be told that nothing was available until the evening when the restaurant opened. However the receptionist did direct me to the nearest restaurant which was about 15 minutes walk away. I very much appreciated the advice but wasn’t happy to undertake the walk in 32c heat.So off to the room I went, my first impression was, what a tired and unloved area. Initially the room looked relatively clean however the rubbish bin underneath the sink hadn’t been emptied it was full and included dirty nappies, which I found quite disgusting.I reported my findings to the reception staff and they were appalled and offered me a different room, I appreciated the offer but was happy just to have the bin emptied.on my return to the room it was sorted.I had an early morning meeting and was disappointed that breakfast was not available until 0800, I understand that most people are on holiday and are happy to breakfast a little bit later but it seems a late start for breakfast. I decided to quickly have something to eat before heading off, the dining room was a depressing area with nothing terribly appealing on offer, so it was a cup of coffee and a bread roll for breakfast.The whole experience of staying at this hotel was underwhelming, I would never return RVHOTELS CENTRAL, Marketing at RV Hotels Sea Club Menorca, responded to this review Dear tonfan,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
