Location

The complex lies in the tourist resort of Cala'n Blanes. The apartments enjoy a privileged location in Los Delfines, the centre of the resort, yet with quiet surrounds away from the chaotic commercial centre. Within a few minutes' walk are a diversity of facilities such as shopping centres, restaurants and amenities for children in Cala'n Forcat. The nearest beach is 600 m from the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 36 apartments located in two 2-storey buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, a baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a car hire service, a laundry service and a smoking area are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. A Modern and Contemporary Apartment

The Apartments are recently redecorated, in a modern and contemporary style. We were checked in at reception, however, the receptionist understood little English. Nevertheless, they were happy to provide us extra pillows. The kitchen included a fridge, toaster and dishwashing liquid. There was also hand soap and shower/shampoo provided in the shower. The sofa bed in the living room was very comfortable and big. However, lighting could be improved in the main living area.

Decent, no frills budget stay!

We booked this for 3 of us last minute whilst on a one night stay in Menorca. After spending the day driving around visiting calas, we just needed somewhere to get ready, leave our bags and have a quick dinner before heading out to Ciutadella. (We then headed back for a few hours kip before an early morning flight).For what we were looking for, this place was ideal. I think we paid no more than 30 euros each and it was a decent enough space with good kitchen facilities. The shower was a bit of a nightmare though and flooded within 20 seconds, but for what we paid you can't go wrong.

This is a dump do not stop here, the resort is on a par with this place run down. It is not run professionally they just give you a key and if you complain point out it is if you were renting a flat anywhere, they do not get involved. Adults only means school parties allowed and tough luck they just want your money again do not stop here

The apartment is simple but has everything one needs and it is very clean. The bed is comfy and there is a fan on the roof in the bedroom.Nice swimming pool area with hammocks. Quiet place. The people at the reception were kind and helpful. Free wifi.Main drawback: it is in one of the most touristic areas in Menorca.Close to Ciutadella and some wonderful beaches.I totally recommend it.

Better than we expected

Was a little worried about some of the reviews but we were happy with what we found when we got there. Its basic but clean and tidy and very quiet. A supermarket was a short walk away so where the bars and shops. Also close by was the water park and a couple of large bouncy castles which kept the children very happy. Good location with plenty of things around to keep every body happy,would go again.
