Location

This spacious holiday complex is located around 25 km north of Mahón, in the middle of a wonderful pine forest, right next to the dune landscape of Son Sauro. Each of the apartments is located around 400 m away from the bay, just over the dunes. The centre of Son Parc, with numerous shops, small bars and restaurants is within metres of the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 271 apartments located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the apartment hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and crazy golf. For a fee, guests can also enjoy golf and horse riding. With snorkelling or, for a fee, windsurfing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the apartment hotel include a gym and table tennis. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a steam bath, a spa, massage treatments, Ayurveda treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner.     The hotel is surrounded by a forest. We had a room far from animation areas. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. The staff in the hotel was amazing and really friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and delicious. There is a beautiful beach which is not far. The sunbeds and the umbrella cost 20€.

    Firstly I'd like to point out to prospective guests that this is essentially a holiday camp rather than a hotel. It comprises a number of accomodation blocks scattered around a pine forest. The terrain might be a challenge to anyone with moderate mobility issues.Secondly it is essentially aimed at the French market with all french animation staff and much of the entertainment in French.As a French speaker I was fine with this but my wife felt a bit left out.Now that's out of the way we had a fabulous time here. We had an apartment with all inclusive. The food in the buffet restaurant was some of the best I've tasted and I guess it would need to be with a mainly French clientele. The desserts probably let it down a bit though.The selection of drinks for all inclusive is a bit restricted but no complaints from me as the red wine was very passable.The walk to the beach is fabulous and the beach incredible.Young children are well catered for with loads of playground equipment and pleasant pool areas. Teenagers might find it a bit boring.All in all a very pleasant few days.

    Awful, place did B&B. Room ok pillow flat and hard, kitchen utensils rather lacking, balcony never any sun, everything always damp. Breakfast average, coffee disgusting. Pools never used as to many trees and no sun, surrounding area only one place to go for a decent meal, and they did a decent coffee. Would I go again, only if they paid me

    It is quite disapointment. Servis is fine and place is clean. Room was after reconstruction, but fridge was just painted by white collor. :DEvening program is only in French and quality of food? Disaster! There is chance to find one meal from offer, but that taste. I do not recommend to eat in this hotel!

    Absolutely loved this place! Room was clean and the site is beautiful. Choice of 2 pools and we always got a sunbed. Entertainment was mainly in French/Spanish. We were self catering and didn’t eat on site. Just take insect repellents I got covered in bites. Air conditioning was amazing and so was the shower. We had the best holiday.
