This hotel (adults only) is situated opposite a small yacht harbour surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops, and is only 200 m from Cala'n Bosch beach as well as only 700 m from Son Xoriguer beach. Public transport can be found directly in the vicinity and the town centre of Ciutadella with its various shops and entertainment venues is around 9 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 4 lifts and features 50 junior suites and 159 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     My wife and I went to the Valentin for a week late May and cannot stress how awesome this place is. As we exited the transport on arrival, a member of staff was already there taking care of our luggage, showed us to reception which took all of 30 seconds to check in and then took us to the room and showed us how everything worked. Brilliant 1st impressions.The room itself overlooked the marina and had the sun to late afternoon if you shuffled about and followed it!We only stayed on a breakfast basis as were keen to eat out at the many restaurants. The breakfast catering and welcome staff were 10/10 and a tea/coffee was almost instant as you sat down. As for the food, wow what a breakfast buffet - literally anything you could think of was there - cannot fault anything breakfast wise.The pool area was clean, always sunbeds available as people are adults and did not hog unnecessarily from our experience. The evening entertainment was in the bar and of a decent quality - the bar staff worked really hard to make the evening enjoyable by providing a table service. This again was a positive surprise and welcome.I am sure I have left lots out but this place is amazing and we will def be back.

    Me and my partner have just returned from a one week all inclusive stay for our anniversary at the Valentin Star Menorca and we were blown away. From the moment we arrived we were looked after and made to feel right at home. The assistant manager couldn’t have been more helpful in showing us around and explaining more about the all inclusive premium package. Every single member of staff was so helpful and went above and beyond with their service. I’d like to specially mention some of the pool bar staff, Javi, Julia, Maria, Charlie and the restaurant staff Johanna, Maria, Rafael.M as ones who really made our stay so special with their friendly service and welcoming personalities. We felt very well looked after all week and the food choices were incredible, we dined at both the restaurant and Valentino’s and whilst ultimately we preferred the restaurant, we would also recommend the Valentino’s restaurant if you’re looking for more of an upmarket dinner atmosphere. There was no shortage of sunbeds and the pool was amazing and so big, big enough that you didn’t feel like you were too close to anyone else. They had a great range of entertainment in the evenings and also during the day to keep everyone entertained and the activity coordinators were amazing. The room we stayed in was quiet and had a private terrace looking over the town. We liked the fact we had some privacy vs the pool room terraces but it’s personal preference and I’m sure those rooms were just as great. The room was spacious and well maintained, the cleaning staff were so friendly and always left our room so clean. Not only that, the marina was in walking distance and the closest beach also about 10 minutes walk. Cuitadella was beautiful and a short taxi ride, which the hotel kindly booked in advance for us. On checkout day, reception called in advance the day before and asked if we would like a packed lunch for our travels since we were leaving before breakfast opens, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Overall couldn’t fault this hotel, we would 100% come back in future and would like to thank everyone at Valentin Star for making our stay so enjoyable!

    We cannot fault this outstanding hotel. This is our 2nd visit and will return next year. Dont hesitate to book, lots of guests return each year.Perfect location, very quiet and there are enough sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone.Restaurant is spotless, the choice of food is amazing.The staff at the hotel are all so friendly.The bedrooms are huge, comfy beds with pillow choice, dressing gown and slippers.     What an exceptional hotel! One of the best staff teams I've experienced anywhere in the world. Food was delicious with so much choice. Beds extremely comfortable, rooms spacious, cool and so clean. So many extra treats brought to everyone and even more in our room because we were all inclusive. No trouble getting sunbeds as reserving wasn't allowed but no one rushed as there was always plenty to choose from, and a peaceful adult only environment poolside. Would recommend a pool view room if you like to feel part of the atmosphere. Just brilliant in every way.     My sister and I have just returned from this wonderfull hotel , we had a pool view room on the all inclusive option which was worth every penny . The food was exceptional as was the drinks , our room was spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and a choice of pillows, the only gripe I have was the shower over the bath ,as women of a certain age it was a bit of a struggle but we did manage ok . The staff were ALL very friendly and helpfull and the evening entertainment was fabulous . We managed to make some friends while there who we are keeping touch with thanks to all the dancers every night. We will definatly return with no hesitation , give it a try , you wont be disapointed. thanks to everyone , Joan room 214.
