    We have just stayed at this hotel for one night to start the Camino walk. We were very impressed with the gentleman on reception throughout our stay. He was so helpful and answered any of our questions confidently and knowledgeably.The rooms were really nice, clean and with good powerful showers. The breakfast was goo too with plenty of choice.The only downside to our stay was the noise during the night outside on the street, if you have a room on that side of the hotel. Otherwise, a lovely hotel. Thank you.

    Location is excellent. It attracts quite some Santiago walkers though.. Not my favourite guests. Our room (junior suite) was quite dark, not many light spots. Choice for red as predominant colour made it a bit tacky.. If you know what I mean. Rooftopbar quite expensive and not providing us with any menu. Prices seem to be made up by the minute. Breakfast is limited Spanish, but fresh Ojuice! Dry and mostly emty scrambled eggs.

    Good, but somewhat bland hotel, with a little street noise at the beginning of the night. The rooms are fairly spacious, and the beds are god. The real highlight was the breakfast, which was very good, with real scrambled eggs (and not the prefab goo).

    Stayed for few days.Nice clean room, simple breakfast. One night restaurant staff are off and reception informed us the day before.Staff from reception, restaurant and housekeeping are all friendly and always had a smile.Room had city view. View could be better if I am at higher floor.

    We stayed here for one night on the Camino Portugues. The hotel itself was fine (I liked the bar downstairs) but would have preferred to stay somewhere a bit closer to the Camino as getting to it and leaving it was quite stressful. On check in the man on reception was very rude and grumpy (I think he was stressed as a large tour group arrived just after us) but this was not indicative of the hotel as the man on check out was lovely and helpful. The pool and roof top which we had looked forward to was closed as was out of season. The hotel was fine, no criticism just probably not what we were looking for and I would probably have chosen somewhere else
