Great location for an overnight - great staff both night and day. The hotel was clean and the breakfast options were very good.I need to give a special shout out to Jamal - the morning desk staff guy. He had helped me the week before with a cancellation due to change in our last minute plans. He went above and beyond and was so friendly, quiet and professional. I really wanted to meet him to thank him in person so I was glad he checked us out that morning. His bright smile and thanks made my day! Super customer service -- thank you again, Jamal!

Hotel is difficult to find!! Don’t give up. It is tucked away in the trees! Cleanliness needs improvement.

First impressions are good. But, bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Black and pink mold in the shower and black mold in toilet.

I stayed at this property on April 18, 2026, after making a reservation through a third party and paying for a King Suite room. When I was given the room key and went to my room it was two queens and not a suite. I returned to the desk and spoke to the attendant. She said that they were overbooked by four king rooms and therefore gave me the other room. She never even informed me of that fact or the room configuration prior to giving me the keys. I told her that I paid a higher rate for a king suite versus the two queens non suite room, but she offered me no compensation whatsoever. The only thing she could offer was to send me to a different hotel.In addition, there was a tremendous amount of noise that night with kids and maybe parents slamming doors late into the night. Then the same thing began again at 6:00 am. On both counts, I will never return to this hotel again.
