Location

This hotel is located close to the village of Sanxenxo in the Galician province of Pontevedra in the northwest of Spain. A sheltered by with a fine sand beach lies only paces from the hotel. Many shops and entertainment venues are to be found in the centre only a few minutes' walk away. There is a stop for the public transport to be found just 300 m from the hotel. Pontevedra is located around 18 km from the hotel. The transfer time to Vigo airport is around 45 minutes (approximately 48 km).

    I am very impressed with this hotel. The reception staff set the vibe immediately, with their calm, helpful and professional service.. There was a mistake with my room booking on another booking site and the lady sorted it out immediately ,and gave me a terrace with a beautiful seaview,which is what I thought I had booked in the first place, but had not.It was very kind and she was empathetic enough to see I had made a genuine mistake.A lot of hotels would not honour.Beautifully situated, the panoramic seaviews are equally as good,if not better than I’ve experienced in Monaco ,Italy or Cap Ferat and staff much friendlier.I think the postion and the views make it the best place to stay in Sanxenxo.Local restaurants are plentiful and we enjoyed authentic tapas as well as drinks in a nearby bar and a few back at the sophisitcated bar od Gran Talasa.The salt water spa is a MUST hydrotherapy experience, with powerful jets of massaging warm water in various stations from jacuzzis, to overhead ‘waterfalls’ and immersed loungers to lie on whilst being pummelled by powerful jets. I have to say it’s better than Champneys here in UK. This is included per night in your booking which is great value.Breakfast is excellent and I indulged in a glass of fizz! With my otherwise healthy delection.An unexpected jewel which exceeded our expectations.

    This is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in!This is largely due to the staff who are all, without exception, pleasant, friendly and very helpful.The hotel itself is in a great position and the rooms are spacious and kept very clean by the pleasant housekeeping staff.The spa is lovely and great to be included in the normal rate, along with towels( which can be taken to the beach) and slip on sandals.The cafeteria and restaurant serve good, competitively priced meals along with reasonably priced drinks.Breakfast has a great selection of everything, including lots of fresh fruit.

    Amazing stay, i look forward to staying there again. Its great in every department! From hotel staff to their kindness and impeccable service it was great! The views from the hotel are speechless and the cleanliness was second to none. It was truly sad to leave and cant wait to go again in the future
