  The best, the surroundings, the friendliness and the cleanliness.

  Nice hotel next to two beaches. Everything was great, the staff very friendly, and everything very clean. The weather did not accompany and we could not use the pool, but it looks very nice and clean. The only thing that wasn't comfortable was the bed, which I found narrow, a bed of 1.35 is no longer usually seen in hotels, otherwise, everything fine.   Very well located hotel, clean and correct rooms. Breakfast included , (although it consists only of pastries and some fruit , nothing salty or cold cuts or cheese).What we liked the least about the room, is that not having air conditioning forces you to have the balcony open, because if you don't grill and just overlooks the pool and a campsite, which is noisy.Rooms have a refrigerator and are spacious.Very good value for money.   We stayed 10 days in a triple room the first half of July. There can be no complaint, the hotel staff is superb, the breakfast buffet free (the fruit very good), the beds very comfortable and the location excellent.Parking in the area next to the hotel is very easy, there is always room (if there is no place within the hotel itself). The pool we practically didn't use, but it's fine. The hotel is VERY CLEAN in public areas and rooms, the change of towels is daily and the room is perfect every day (congratulations to the cleaning staff).You can walk to the beach with all the cargo without problem, there are two very close: Paxariñas and Montalvo. As I say they are always attentive, willing to give you any recommendation to do things or places to go, the man at the front desk is charming.   This was our 2nd stay here. It’s a hotel in a fabulous location, lots of good beaches very close by. Stunning views from our room. The staff are all very friendly and efficient (they even remembered us from 2016) lovely light and airy room with a good sized balcony with table and chairs. Cleaned every day, good breakfast. Nice pool area and great cafeteria. We’ll be back soon.   We stayed here for 11 nights and loved every minute of it. Despite our not great Spanish we had a smooth check in and the reception was very friendly all through our stay.The hotel is close to a stunning headland and overlooks Paxarinas and Montalvo beaches.We had a room on the third floor which was lovely and spacious and had a lovely balcony looking down onto Paxarinas beach and the road. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom wasn't huge but the shower cubicle had loads of space and the shower was good, always powerful. There is a cafeteria/bar here and this was really handy for us for snacks, beers, water, watching the football and generally provided us with a good base for all our trip. Everyone at the hotel is really friendly and make you feel welcome. The terrace at the front is great for a cool drink or a bite to eat after a hot few hours round the pool.The pool area was lovely, very well maintained gardens and shaded areas available if you didn't want to sit in the sun. We spent quite a lot of time at the pool and it was used by adults and children alike, all really enjoying it.Having a breakfast available every day was great, it's not a massive all you can buffet type but it was all good. Ham, cheese, fruit, bread, croissants, pastries, cakes, jam, honey, olive oil, coffee, water, orange juice and yogurts were all available every day and having it 8-11 gave ample time to enjoy it.This is not a 5 star all singing, all dancing chain hotel, it is a really lovely down to earth sort of place that is just in the best spot. I'll really miss it and cannot wait to go back.
