    Lovely hotel right next to historic old town. The front desk gentleman that checked us in was kind, pleasant and inform about things we should do and see during our short visit. The room was large and well appointed. There was a very nice breakfast buffet. It was close to the Camino and a great place to spend the night. Highly recommend!

    This is a 3 star hotel that really out performs. Rooms are well appointed with lots of space and great bathroom amenities. Front desk staff are attentive and knowledge and the breakfast was great with lots of options

    Ok, I will just say that this is a terrible hotel.-the bed is a double.IMPOSSIBLE for two 6 ft tall peo-Le to both sleep in.Hard as a rock.With old disgusting BLANKET.-outdated room…with I do t know what decor you would call it.-bathroom so small you are shoved between shower and sink to go to the toilet.-room so noisy from street noise.-ONE ELEVATOR for NINE floors, which I am sure is a public safety issue in case of a FIRE, let alone waiting each time you need to go out.-The cafe has the rudest staff. But funnily enough, when the manager appeared, they seemed to work. Prior to his arrival, the two girls were so rude to guests.laughing at them, not being at all hospitable. -ONE coffee machine.- the other proper one, seems like it was only for locals, even though we asked, we were told “same grinds.”Just nothing good to write

    Didn't expect that size of a room - it was a plus. Value wise, it was a bit pricey because of the limited supply of slightly better hotels in Pontevedra and a big demand for it. The breakfast buffet was twice as expensive as in Vigo's 2 star hotel and twice as more basic. For pilgrims it has a perfect location. The shower/bath was not equipped with a hermetic wall and some shower spillovers happened regularly when bathing.

    Excellent hotel about 20 minute walk from train station, five minutes from the old Town. Beautiful well appointed rooms, excellent bed and bathroom with nice towels and toiletries, friendly staff who speak English. Quiet. Breakfast available if you want it.
