Location

This apartment hotel is located directly in the leisure district of Vigo, not far from the town centre, which is a few minutes' walk away.     Check in staff were great, night staff were not so good

    It is quite a noisy hotel due to marble floors which make it a bit of an echo chamber. It has a very small car park for which we paid about 17 euros or so per night. The car park is very tight and spaces can be challenging. I could not believe on our last night we were woken up by Manuel on reception it was after midnight and he wanted me to move my car! It was because my car was in an electric car space which was the only space available when we parked. But to call us up at that time and get us out of bed to move the car was very annoying. It topped off 7 nights of bad sleep. On the plus side hotel location and the check in staff were great.

    The hotel is in a bad condition, it used to be very new I think 20 years ago. Now these days it did not survive the time. The service is very bad. Only give water when you arrive. There is nothing nearby. They are not flexible, a lot of things are broke. Never again. Better go to hotel silken axis Vigo. It’s a way better option.

    Good hotel at all , the room very spacious with huge bed and include fridge TV the bathroom is large shower and jacuzzi bath 🛀, the breakfast is Ok not really good little choices , the hotel is near port and have good view shopping mall it just 2 min walk

    Beautiful hotel, room with a view out over the harbour. Dinner in my room while I watched the liners come and go. What more could I ask for. The room service was excellent.     In desperate need of some TLC. Studio apartment,no kettle asked and got one straight away. No toaster but not a problem as we decided to take breakfast in the hotel. Bathroom vent full of thick dust and fluff and had to insist that they clean it.Scandinavia type furniture which didn't really work with the pink marble floors. Bed was comfy. Reception helpful and pleasant. Would have had the New year gala dinner in the associated restaurant but at the asking price of 250 euros per person no way. Tremendous promotion of Vigo for Christmas and the illuminations from the Mayor of Vigo but absolutely not geared for tourism. 1st of January and everything closed. Definitely not recommend in winter.
