Location

This aparthotel is located on the street parallel to Salou promenade, just 100 metres from the sandy beach and 500 m from the centre of the town. The amusement park, PortAventura, is approximately 3 km away and numerous shopping venues, restaurants and links to the public transport network are to be found within 150 m of the hotel. A selection of nightclubs and bars lies 500 m from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 168 studios and 227 double rooms located in a 7-storey main building and a 6-storey auxiliary building. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment hotel provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a TV room, a playroom, an alarm call service, a smoke alarm and a lounge. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift.     Really nice hotel, but made to feel uncomfortable.

    Very helpful front desk who couldn't do enough for me. Room excellent with hob, kettle and fridge. Meals were varied and had something for everyone, breakfast especially good. Only gripe is on first night I ordered a bottle of water to go with my meal and was not told by waitress you had to pay before leaving restaurant (usually gets added to bill and pay when checking out) I was made aware of this the next morning by staff member , who then eyed me with suspicion every time I went for a meal making me feel really uncomfortable.

    If I could , I would give -4. It's definately not 4 star hotel, room was terably uncleaned, bathroom was the worst. It looked like it wasnt clean all season of not longer. During a 1week stay , cleaning wasn't done, just collectimg rubish & fixing towels, beds made. All dost and dirt stayed all week. Avoid this hotel if you can, apart from good location it doesn't have what to offer...
