Location

This hotel is wonderfully located at the heart of Salou, right in the tourist centre, 10 minutes far from the beach and 3 km from Port Aventura Park. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the vicinity. Public transport departs for the centre from a stop approximately 50 m from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 6 single rooms and 384 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a currency exchange service, a TV room, a playroom, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hairdresser are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Second time at this hotel sadly never again. Food isnt good. Always cold the bins all over flowing near the bars, pigeons by the dozen walking across tables, in fairness the staff don't ever stop but it's going backwards. Entertainment was woeful although I understand it was may when we visited , the lifeguards don't do anything but sit and flirt all day long, one incident a toddler flipped out of its life vest they never budged, when challenged oh sorry we never saw. We missed the last 3 days going to eat and went out instead. In summary food freezing and poor selection A million pigeons bugging you all day overflowing rubbish in bins staff do try hard but it's a tide they can't hold back. Some staff do care some just don't.

    Hotel was very nice clean and the staff were very friendly and good. The entertainment was not good the only good one was on Saturday 16th the rest was not good.     Stayed here for one week.There are good and bad points.The good was it was a great location near the beach, restaurants,shops etc.The rooms was clean and spacious(me my partner and out 4 year old) Although the air-conditioning was terrible I would definitely not stay here in the hotter months.The pool was great for my child she had a great time and there was plenty of activities going on,but the sunbed were very dirty and never cleaned and the area round the pool was always littered with rubbish.Mostly because some guests don't know how too use a bin.By the afternoon the place was disgusting.The service from staff was good everyone was helpful.We were half board drinks were a good price the food tasted nice but we got fed up because it was the same food every night and the breakfast was always cold.I would say the hotel not 4 star more like a 3 star.
