Location

This hotel lies just 4 km from the centre of Salou and 1 km from La Pineda. The beach and links to the public transport network are close by (approximately 50 m away). Shops, restaurants, bars and pubs are located 200 m from the hotel and it is a mere 800 m to the nearest nightclub.

Facility

This hotel was renovated in 2022. Guests have a choice of 20 single rooms and 305 double rooms located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. The hotel provides a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service, a TV room, a playroom, an alarm call service, a smoke alarm and a lounge. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a car park.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms.     Close to beach easy walking for both our 7 year old and 86 year old .Clean comfy rooms , great air con .Wonderful food with world wide cuisines.If you want Family friendly hotel this is great , but not for quiet relaxing . Kids loved the water slides .

    Please ignore the bad reviews Great family hotel , good for kids . Close to beach and shops etc. pool a bit cool but nice on a hot day . Gluten free cakes and biscuits and bread available at breakfast but you have to ask. Staff were lovely if you spoke to them . Some people were rude to the staff but we didn’t have a problem . We emailed and asked for 2 rooms together to share the care of our grandson and they gave us 2 nice rooms . Very clean and tidy hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

    Just returned from our holiday ( 20.05-27.05) the hotel was nice - clean, room was a good size, we got a twin room the beds were big towels and every day cleaning 5+The beach from the hotel was just a 1-2 minute walk great location.Entertainment - never stayed, can't say anything We never stayed by the pool either - we spent all our days on the beach.The pool is opening at 10AM - so people are starting to queue from 8AM.Food was OKish - nothing wow, burgers every day, dry fish ( didn't like it), deserts were poor. For 7 days didn't have any theme night or anything like that! Bar by the pool - was very confusing. So we had an all-inclusive, we were ordering what they called ( original) cocktails - no charge, but on day 6 they were saying we had to pay €3 per original cocktail. Free cocktails were from the machine only. I bought MILKA ice-cream - it was not included in all-inclusive, on 1 day I was charged half price as all-inclusive, and the next day they charged me full price. So it was so confusing - a different person charged a different price and gave a different service. I would recommend buying a full board if you are not planning to stay in the hotel and use the pool. The beach and seaside were lovely - clean, shops around, bus stop next to the hotel ...Only 3 stars due to the confusing on bar and the food and dessert were poor. Other than that lovely place, lovely people and staff.

    Family of 5 spent a week all inclusive. First check in our two rooms were floors apart, managed to get them moved together the next day. Nice clean rooms, good size, comfy firm beds, good aircon, fridge, good showers. Food was very nice, plenty variety but became quite repetitive after a few days as lunch and dinner were very similar. Not very hot, lots of lamps on warmers weren't working.Pool and splash pool were a bit chilly at the end of may but kids really enjoyed. Usual numpties hogging sunbeds but we managed to get a couple each day. Would recommend non slip shoes for little ones, we saw lots of slips and minor injuries around the pool.Main issue with the place was the all inclusive drinks. The drinks were all served from an understaffed bar. Far too much waiting for service every single time, 10 minutes wait for every drink, snack and even coffee started to get a bit off-putting going to the bar. Can get coffee with breakfast after 8am, can't leave the restaurant with it though and can't get a coffee outwith the restaurant until the bar opens later. Get a self service machine please! Poor entertainment. Only one night before we left there was a show, daytime was nothing at all so pool was the only entertainment for our kids. Perhaps we were too early in the season? Staff were very nice but seemed to prefer serving Spanish rather than the all inclusive English guests. Serious lack of toilet facilities! No toilet facilities at the restaurant, only at reception and only one loo for the whole pool areas! You can imagine the state by the late afternoon!!All in all a nice hotel. Would recommend and would stay with the Best hotel chains again.
