  We were cancelled the same day, going there, with two young children.

  We book days in advance, pay in advance and receive confirmation of the campsite payment. On the same day of arrival, when we were already on our way with two young children, our reservation was cancelled.His excuse was to blame the system and Booking, but we knew perfectly well that it was not true. The worst part was that they even laughed at our situation. We lay low at the last minute with no accommodation and two children.We understand that a one-night reservation may not be as advantageous to them, and we suspect that they preferred to accept a longer one. But that does not justify the lack of professionalism and empathy.Totally inconsiderate. I do not recommend this site to anyone who seeks seriousness.   Very good facilities and a better bungalow than I could imagine as it was my first time in this type of accommodation.   Camping Excellent with all comforts, maximum cleanliness throughout the campsite and very professional, kind and friendly staff.As soon as I arrived, I realized that my motorhome socket was not suitable as it was different and on the occasion they lent me one of theirs for the whole stay.I will definitely return next year.If I may give a tip, I would increase the WIFI signal as where I was positioned the line did not arrive; I would put numbers on the pitches, as at first it is really difficult to find them and finally I would put a fountain in the bathroom where you empty the black water boxes of campers as it is now very difficult.If you do this everything will become TOP....Thanks for everything and see you next...🙏 Hola Camp, Otros at Camping Sant Salvador, responded to this review Grazie infinite per la tua splendida recensione 🙏.   Very familiar campsite. A 10 to the super friendly and involved maintenance staff. equally for the front desk staff. Maybe we need to finish polishing the children’s animation a bit, but I also have to admit that the dwarves we were with are used to doing many activities. If I had a pool it would be my ideal campsite..   Avoid at all cost...dirty like we have not seen before

  We booked camping sant Salvador for two nights in a mobile home rented by the camping. When we opened the door, Fiat thing we saw were dead mosquitoes on the kitchen counter and some dirt. We opened the fridge and it has trace of mold and some yellow lines which definitely look like it has not been cleaned. The toilets are smelly and full of insects. The double was so umcomfortable that we decided to use our camping beds instead with our own bed sheets. This was so disgusting that we decided to leave the following day. As a result we only stayed one night and only because we arrived late that day and were tired from driving. We will not be back.
