    Location close to motorways A36 and A39. Own parking space, 4 EV charging stations. Friendly staff. Breakfast ok. Cleanliness seriously below standard. We found big piles of dust in our room. Bathroom looks visually clean but cleaning was not thorough and is abviously not a priority in this hotel Corridors looked as if a platoon of road construction workers had past/ dust and stone grind everywhere with visible footsteps,. these hygiene problems make us mistrust general hygiene/safety, so we won’t return.     We were stopping off whilst driving north from the Alps. On arrival the welcome was friendly and helpful, including letting us know that there was a discount at the buffalo grill next door. Rooms are basic, but ours was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The shower was warm and lots of water pressure which is always welcome! Breakfast the following morning had lots of choice, and again the friendly welcome from the team member behind the desk. There was a bit of noise in the night from one of the other guests either leaving or getting into their room, but that isn't in the hotel's control (other than better soundproofing perhaps) but overall we were very happy with our stay and would return.     As you would expect i]the hotel is basic with no frill but it’s Clean, comfortable and totally practical. Well designed rooms. Friendly staff who spoke some English. Well located near the motorway. Could not fault it, great value for money.

    Had to unfortunately cancel our reservation for our 1 night stay in July due to Covid 19.Received a fantastic level of customer service from Remy on the hotel reception.     This is a great place to stay near the A39 autoroute. We couldn't find fault with the room, the food or the location. The staff were friendly and the hotel is dog friendly. This is the first time we have stayed here but it won't be the last.
