These apartments are situated directly above the pleasant bay of Cala de las Sirenas, some 500 m from the centre of Miami Playa with its shops and bars.

Facility

The apartment complex has 42 apartments, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a currency exchange service, a coin-operated laundry and a smoking area are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge).

Rooms

Guests have a sea view from the balcony or terrace, which are standard features of some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A washing machine is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, guests are provided with a selection of towels. The complex has family rooms, 42 non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the complex, including golf, fishing, diving, a spa, a sauna, a solarium and hiking.

    Great Mooresville place to stay

    This property was a pleasant surprise. We were having an event in the area and the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Mooresville was the host hotel. The property is well maintained; the staff is polite and professional. The room was clean, well appointed with a pod coffee maker and the usual things. There was plenty of storage, including drawers, which seem to be disappearing in hotels for some reason. The breakfast was more than usual for a hotel of this type, with real, not powdered, eggs. The buffet prepared for our awards banquet was excellent (chicken, salmon, whipped redskin potatoes, steamed vegetables, tossed salad that was not all iceberg lettuce and mac and cheese, a southern tradition.There is a wine/beer bar and a large seating area in the lobby with free popcorn.My expectations were exceeeded.     Excellent stay. Quick and easy check in. The room was spacious and very clean, especially the bathroom. The hotel itself was clean and modern. Friendly staff at the front counter. Will stay again while passing through.     I have stayed at this hotel twice and enjoyed it both times.It is conveniently located off the interstate. Easy off and on. What I really like is the restaurant and bar located in the lobby. After a long drive it is nice to not have to search for a place to eat and have a drink.Rooms are nice and my only recommendation is to ask for a room at the front of the hotel- they are quieter.Special call out to Annette in the restaurant - great work taking care of all of the guests.     As a person who typically only chooses hotels that have only been built within a 5 year period, after other reviews I choose this one. It was a Wonderful Hotel, clean, beautiful and a pleasant staff! They made you feeled so welcomed! Some unique features as well! FRESH POPCORN WAITING!     Great service. Very clean property. Restaurants on site and 24 hours market place for late snacks. Great location. Comfortable bath and I really enjoyed my short stay.
