Location

The hotel is located in the small spa town of Montbrio del Camp, around 7 km from Cambrils and a beautiful sandy beach. It is situated in the centre of an idyllic park with ancient trees, fountains, ponds and wells. The nearest beach is easily reached with the hotel bus service (only in July and August) and airport transfer takes around 30 minutes.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 214 non-smoking rooms, including 5 single rooms, located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Excellent experience in the spa (Aquatonic) with a variety of different ambiences and bath options. Both the meals we had (breakfast and dinner) were excellent, especially the evening meal which was exquisite. For breakfast there was a very wide range of foods on display including graft cheeses, local fruits, freshly cooked options and a bespoke omelette service.

    Very nice place and with plenty of space. We stayed for 1 night. The staff is very friendly, room spacious and clean. Can walk to the village for more restaurant options. Recommended. Wish the pool would be open for more time (they only open from 11 till 20)

    I think the grounds is absolutely stunning, I didn’t get to try the spa or swimming pool just because we was there on a business trip.The room was ok the beds was pretty hard and the pillows extremely soft - so didn’t have much sleep, and the towels wasn’t changed, but other than that I think it’s a lovely hotel, and maybe if the beds was comfortable I would go back with my other half and enjoy here for a small get away. I wouldn’t stay any longer than a week, it’s a perfect long weekend hotel to stop at.

    We are a group of people and we stayed here for 2 days. We really had a great time. The buffet was very good but you have to go early because at 10 am there are a lot of people. The thermal spa was relaxing and all had fun trying all different areas. Everything was clean and would definitely go back.     This is the second time in two years that I have stayed here and my wife and I still think that it's a great place to relax and unwind.You are away from all the crowds on the coast (Cambrils and Salou are 10 to 15 minutes away by car if you feel the need) and it's just really peaceful. The gardens are beautiful and a great place to have a stroll, the outdoor swimming pool is a perfect size for swimming and the food in the Sequoia restaurant is excellent. For some strange reason the hotel doesn't seem to promote their restaurant which I don't understand because the food is really excellent quality and sitting out on the huge terrace in the evening looking out towards the coast makes it one of my all time favourite places to dine. Excellent friendly service and the superior rooms are fantastic with good soundproofing which for me is very important.Clientele are mainly Spanish which is fine by me and only a few of the staff speak English so a good opportunity to brush up on your Spanish.
