Hello I am so excited to express my gratitude towards Melissa!! She went over I mean over and beyond to help us. And not only us but I was privileged to witness her kindness to those before me in line. She is patient polite knowledgeable and will listen and is more than will to help. I prayed before I checked to God Almighty our Heavenly Father God in our Lord Jesus Christ Yeshua Might God's name. I ask our Merciful Father God if he would guide me into His kindness and Lord Yeshuas kindness and help to have a nice stay. And He answered my prayers. Matthew 7:7-8. Please give her recognition. Good location and ample parking, but I can't say anything else positive. The room was disgustingly dirty with cigarette burn marks all over the place, there were only 2 towels and they were paper-thin, and there was no soap or shampoo. On top of that they disconnected my wifi at 8 am and wouldn't turn it back on. I will never stay there again.

I an about done staying here and I have spent well over a thousand dollars on hotel rooms since June of this year and about %85 of it bring at this location. However this time I think we are done. 1st off do not read anything on any of the travel sites about amenities that they offer because they don't offer anything. They have dishes you can rent for $50 @ the front desk. There is no one on duty after 10pm and y9ur chances of reaching someone after 10pm are very slim. The rooms get worse and worse and I have stayed all over this property. I stay here because yes they have kitchenette, are close to my parents and are not to badly priced. The manager is a horrible woman who does not care about her customers that pay good money to stay here. She does not have a single ounce of compassion nor does she try to keep her customers happy. The room I am in tonight has one barstool, most of the rooms have 2 last night our room had none, there is no iron or morning board which I was told they no longer provide, no hangers most of the rooms have 5, I have never seen dishes. What you get as far as bathroom stuff you get 2 body towels, 2 face clothes, 2 rooms of toilet tissue and 1 bar of soap. That's it. The front desk has nothing so don't ask and don't forget anything. They are located next to the light rail station so it's a little loud and some of the guests that stay here are sketch but for the most part of you leave them alone they will leave ypu alone. Until last night I have never felt at all uncomfortable or like my safety maybe an issue. Last night my fiance left to go out to his truck which was parked right outside our room. I was chilling on the bed watching TV and some guy was watching me through the Crack in the door. My fiance didn't pull the door shut all the way as he was going out and coming right back inside. In the less than 15 seconds of walking out opening truck getting what he needed and coming back to the door this man stood right there watching me. Creepy!!!!!! I can't express to those who maybe thinking of staying here to go to the other extended stays in the area. They are nicer and cheaper. This location has continuously disappointed me after i spent a week here. The front desk staff is wonderful but the manager is a horrible woman who has no compassion or any customer service skills. Do better extended stay because you have probably lost us as repeat customers. We are done with how this manager has spoke to me, treated us or made me feel. Oh and 1 last thing I have over 15 years working in this exact same industry and I would be ashamed to read a review about one of my hotels like this!!!!! I believe that if a guest has to wait tell morning to address a problem because your phone outside gets you no where and the phones in the rooms don't always work then the manager should at least act like she cares.

Nasty, Dirty, Unsanitary with rooms with false advertising

First it was to find the front desk person we waited around for 45 min for someone to show up, and when she finally did she said to give her a sec she well be right back. Came back after 25 min. we did the check in right before headed to the room she mentioned they had no hot water. She couldn't mention that before we paid? So we get to room and as soon as we open the door the room smelt like someone had just smoked over and over again. nasty! Then looking around the room the sink was dirty the stove was nasty the fridge was way more nastier the bathtub had brown stains in the side of the inside. it looked like it hadn't been wiped down ever. the night stand looked like it had dry burgers on it and there were crumbs on the linens. I tried to complain to the office but no-one was in there again. I waited and waited no-one so I walked to gas stand got some cleaners and stayed up little late cleaning that entire room I had just paid $86 for. While I did that I asked my husband to go ask for an extra blanket as well as complain. no-one in office still we tried waiting up to speak to someone but no one every time. I had an appt in the a.m. so I had to get a little rest. here is the thing the have a sign in lobby saying they would be right back so one would assume they well be right back. The sign never mention that we have to call for someone to come help you with check in, they made it sound like they'll be right back so I woke up late that morning and had a late start. Went to office to check out and I finally was able to complain. the front desk said she was sorry about that and the no hot water and took my name number and said she well have the manager call me. no one called so a day later in am I went in to speak with the manager. she did not seem to care and made me look like I was lying about the whole thing. only offered me a 10% refund. Said I didn't complain that night which I tried and unless I stood at the lobby door in the cold all night long I wasn't gonna see anyone. no help what so ever. Horrible Horrible place. over priced should be shut down health conditions.
