    After seeing reviews I was very sceptical. Good location, rooms basic but clean. No kettle but that’s wasn’t a big issue. Had to wash anything that you used cups etc something I’d always do anyway and also take your rubbish out to big bins on the street. I’d always make sure I leave a room clean before I leave strip beds etc Friendly helpful staff. Reception open 9am - 9pm. Only issue I had was paying the €200 security deposit it’s a lot as normally they max is always €100.

    This hotel is closed! We arrived with 2 small tired children to an empty building with a note that asked us to walk to another hotel 20 minutes away.... We did this and then where told our new hotel isnt even in salou so we would have to pay for another taxi there.... And they wanted another £300! Absolute disgrace that this hotel is still on the site when they know it isnt in use. I had to walk around salou at night in the dark to find any hotel that had space for me and my children. I have requested a full refund and compensation for this.

    We were given upgraded apartments because of the construction work, the staff were friendly checking in, the apartments were big and clean, the location is great and the deposit was back in my bank when I got home. We enjoyed our stay

    we had a great time, pool area always clean , room was clean and staff helpfuldeposit paid back within 24 hours as statedonly downside was no snack bar / shop on site but theres a shop a few minutes walk round corner and reception will book taxis into the centre when requested x

    Get dropped of at the bottom of the road of the hotel time we walked up the lady shut the checkin desk told us too call a number, when they answered they was very rude and asked us to show passports over WhatsApp, the got sent a link and had too pay deposit and tax which was over €220, apartment very basic and no bar no restaurants nothing been shut over over 2years apparently! No room been cleaned and nothing ! Towels dirty no washing machine other people had washing machine! Bed horrible tv was no signal! No kettle or toaster or cooker only hob ! Swimming pool area and pool dirty and missing tiles! NO FOOD /DRINK at pool how odd ! Will not return! Was biten loads! Very loud people at night in corridors shouting 😒
