Location

This hotel is located in the lap of one of the country's most important nature reserves, the precious and beautiful countryside of the Parque Natural de los Ports de Beseit.     Great Location hotel not so good

    The location is amazing sadly the hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. Beds were uncomfortable with flat pillows. Towels were very old and grey.The pool area needed attention, the pool was dirty and had scum line around it. The pool beds and cabanas needed cleaning and repairing.We were disappointed with the standard of hygiene in the bar area. It was dirty, the glasses were not cleaned properly and tables were sticky. The glass doors were greasy and covered in fingerprints.The reception staff were very helpful and professional.Food was good and restaurant was clean.

    Very nice hotel with extremely good service. All facilities were clean and in perfect condition. Breakfast and dinner included plenty of products to choose from. Next to the hotel itself, the location is absolutely beautifull, with an old spanish village and a great view on the mountains. Would definitely recommend!     It was a perfect option to go with my family. My son, 5 yo loved it and did not want to return home. Me and my wife managed to rest even with all the activities available.I totally recommend it if you want to spend some quality time with your family. The food is awesome and the rooms are quite spacious.     This hotel is the best place where you can be having two or more kiddies. Activities, amazing environment, nature, and a very cool staff that helps you in every issue you can have.     The room was comfortable and bed king size. The activities for children were adecuate.
