  A lovely family stay

  We have just returned from our break with our 2 year old at Villamarina and we had a lovely time. When we pulled up to the hotel, I'll be honest, I had some reservations. It doesn't have that posh looking feel and it does lack the finer details in terms of aesthetics HOWEVER, we had a really lovely time. We got to our room and when we opened the curtains we were literally just faced with a wall. We went to reception and asked to change rooms and we were swapped to a room with a small balcony above the disco room. This room didnt have a TV so we went back to reception and one was put in within 20 minutes. We cannot fault them accommodating this, very impressed with customer service. The hotel isn't the biggest and the restaurant is small, not a great deal of choice of food but just enough. We did eat out a couple of times too. The noise level from downstairs was extremely loud most nights. We went up early because we had our 2 year old and we found it quite difficult to get to sleep. The air-conditioning was absolutely awful, we had to have the door open which didn't help with the noise. Generally, we had a lovely stay. For a 3* this hotel offers everything you need and more for the price. The entertainment was fantastic! Lots of choice.

  We were on the bottom floor beds were spacious but bathrooms were small with the sink outside it was weird but we managed , needs more toilet roll for the amount of people in room , really clean 🧼 couldn’t beat it so fresh every day .Atmosphere was spot on especially Bar staff they were amazing , especially Pedro so friends and polite and what a gorgeous man he is , rest are so amazing made my nephew and family welcome . Food very nice , not lot of options for people who don’t like pastas like my dad but I loved it , very hard working staff and friendly to ,bit far from the beach but lovely walk , pool I loved , terraced jacuzzi could be warmer , i definitely be coming back and more days with a balcony xxx

  Very poor service in the dining room the food wasn’t the best no air conditioning in the room everything in the hotel was disgusting

  Amazing holiday great hotel

  Came for a last min break with my best friend and our little girls and can honestly say what a lovely little hotel. I go away around 5 times a year so iv experienced a lot all inclusive hotels and this as been one of the best. Not loads of verierty of food but really good quality tasty food defiantly a case of qyuility over quantity rooms cleaned everyday and fresh towels all the staff lovely one minor thing is the pools really cold apart from that great trip.

  We have just returned home from a wonderful 7 day holiday at this delightful hotel located within walking distance of the beautiful Salou beach. The hotel is listed as a 3 star hotel but this is a very, very, good 3 star hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable with very nice staff who were always happy to help. The food was lovely with a broad selection to choose from. I usually don't enjoy evening entertainment on holiday but the entertainment here was good, particularly for families with children. We were a group of 10 with four adults and seven children aged 1, 4, 6, 8, 13, and 14. The children loved it and for the most part they didn't want to leave the hotel. There is a bus stop outside the hotel that takes you right down to the beach if you don't want to walk it. There are 2 medium sized supermarkets within a 4 minute walk of the hotel and a larger supermarket (Mercadona) about a 12 minutes walk. There is also a launderette about 4 minute walk from the hotel which is great if you're traveling light. Port Aventura is also accessible via a 10 minute tax ride or a 30 - 40 minute walk. I am looking at coming back here next year for 10 - 14 days.
