Location

The hotel is located in Nervión, the geographic and commercial heart of Seville, near the Santa Justa railway station (RENFE), with direct access to the city centre (15 minutes) and the Palace of Sports. The hotel is just 200 metres from El Corte Inglés department store and the El Mirador, Nervión Plaza and Los Arcos shopping centres. Despite its central location, the hotel enjoys a superb setting in a quiet residential area full of charm. Guests will find restaurants and bars within 120 metres of the hotel, the bus and metro stations are 600 metres away, and the cathedral, Museum of Fine Arts, the Santa Cruz district and the bullring are all around 15 minutes away using public transport. Seville-San Pablo Airport is around 7 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 20 rooms, including 4 single rooms and 15 double rooms, located in a 3-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay.     Aacr MuseoSevillePersonal Safety is an issue AVOID1031395747Advertised as 3 star. Absolute nonsense. The NH over the road is 4 stars - thge difference is startling and it’s the SAME price.This hotel is a glorified hostel. Tired laminate flooring in the room. Room was very small. Bed size is nothing like the pictures portray - small double at best. Shower in the bath, water goes all over the bathroom floor due to inadequate screen/glass curtain. No complimentary water provided. Lighting in the room poor. Roof terrace and plunge pool are tiny. Reception was sterile and unwelcoming.The most disturbing thing is the hotel is situated on a dark narrow back street. Immediately opposite gangs of men occupy doorways and are openly taking drugs. They were high as kites and fighting with each other which is very intimidating.The hotel is very dismissive and try to make out that it isn't a problem or a risk! The hotel needs security as night attendant had to lock the doors when we complained about the noise and disturbance in the early hours of the morning. No offer of calling the police.It was that bad we checked out early (9am) and went to the nh hotel over the road. No refund was given despite our request.AVOID AVOID AVOID.

    We choose this hotel primarily for it’s location and price, and it did not disappoint. The location is great, near the centre but still quiet. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower nice and hot. What else does a person need?

    Definitely not worth the price! The rooms are very outdated. The tv is the size of a computer monitor, very few channels with a lot being a blank screen with music playing, remote control has tape to hold it together, the headboard of the bed is fake wood and it’s pilling, furniture is cheap, bathroom is terrible, shower doors fly open if you bump them and they don’t keep water from getting onto the rest of the floor, shower walls and floor is moldy. Waaaayy too much money for this place.

    Hotel location is fab, 10 min walk to endless streets of bars tapas and all the sights! Staff super friendly and helpful, all spoke fab English (such a blessing!), and also answered any questions before hand on email super quick. Rooms simple but great with everything needed, balcony room on the front of hotel was quieter then our room on the first night which was facing into the lobby (only downside of the place is the noise does carry quite abit, however would never let it stop me going back).Rooftop pool and sunbeds are bliss, and very lenient staff let us use the pool on day of check out and gave us towels, then we used toilets to get changed (all very clean and decent).Would stay again for sure, such personal lovely service they even remembered who we were and our room number every time we went to reception. Thanks so much! Also Seville in general is incredible, a must to visit if you like sangria, tapas, and wandering streets of Spanish history and culture (and the sunshine) !!

    Lovely hotel. Fab welcome from Coral (thank you)!Spotlessly clean. Beds really comfy. Fridge in room. Good coffee available free in tge breakfast room. (No need to have breakfast to access this). Roof pool is a bonus. Spent the afternoon cooling off when we should have been sighseeing 🤣☀️
