Location

The hotel is conveniently situated in the historic and monumental centre of Seville, 50 m away from San Pedro Church and just a few metres from the shopping streets and Encarnación Square, where guests can see the project Metropol Parasol. The hotel is surrounded by some of the most important monuments of the city such as the cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcázar, the Santa Cruz district and the town hall. It is just 5 minutes' walk from the main shopping streets. The hotel is very close to Alameda Square - a must for nightlife.

Facility

The hotel has 2 single rooms and 18 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, a car hire service, a laundry service, a fax machine and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available. Complimentary newspapers are available.

    I like Hilton but I won’t stay at this one again. They lost my reservation or had only half of my information correct. This was our 15th anniversary and coming to this motel was a bad decision. Never again.

    I made an error when booking and reserved the wrong date for my stay. I did not check in or use the room that night. When I contacted the hotel to request a refund or even a partial credit, I was flatly refused. I then contacted Hilton corporate, who reached out to the property on my behalf — and received the same denial. No refund, no partial credit, no goodwill gesture of any kind.I understand that booking errors happen and that hotels have policies. What I cannot recommend is a property that shows zero flexibility or customer courtesy even when their own corporate office calls on a guest's behalf. I would caution anyone booking here to double-check your dates carefully, because if something goes wrong, do not expect this property to work with you in any way.

    BIG security and safety concerns, HORRIBLE service

    Upon check-in, the front desk gave us a key to a room that was already occupied — with another guest’s belongings inside. This was not only alarming but a major security concern. After bringing the error up to front desk staff, we were moved to another room and given two complimentary snacks which is the least they could do like what did they want us to do , stay in someone else’s fully occupied room ? While we appreciate the gesture, it did little to address the seriousness of being given access to someone else’s private room. It left us uneasy for the rest of the night, worried the same could happen to us. When we spoke with the general manager, Catherine, over the phone , to express how uncomfortable and dissatisfied we were, the interaction only made matters worse. She offered hotel points as compensation, but the amount didn’t even cover our incidental charges. When we explained that we did not feel the offer adequately addressed the situation, she responded over the phone, “Take the 30,000 points or deal with it,” and then hung up the call. That level of communication from someone in a management position was shocking and unprofessional. I hope corporate is able to look into these calls she has with guests because she does NOT deserve to have this job. Accountability and respectful customer service matter. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated here by the general manager . We will not be returning and would encourage others to stay elsewhere. EXTREMELY disappointing

    “Policies Over People During a Family Safety Crisis”

    I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale Old Town on January 1, 2026, after leaving an unsafe situation with my 10-year-old son and urgently needing a safe place for the night. We did stay at the hotel on a separate booking, and the property itself was clean, quiet, and physically safe.What was deeply upsetting was how the situation was handled by management and corporate afterward.Due to the stress and urgency of fleeing an unsafe situation with a child, I accidentally booked a reservation for the wrong date through a third-party site. I realized the mistake immediately upon arrival, cancelled it right away, and contacted the booking company from the hotel that same night. Because my child’s safety was the priority and we could not leave, I paid again for the correct night and stayed.The original reservation was never used. Despite cancelling immediately, explaining the emergency, and paying twice for the same night, the General Manager refused to authorize a refund, and Hilton corporate stated they could not intervene due to policy.Policies matter, but so does judgment—especially when a parent and child are seeking safety. In this case, no flexibility or goodwill was offered, which was extremely disappointing given the circumstances.If you are traveling under normal conditions, this hotel may meet your needs. However, if you or your family ever need understanding, discretion, or compassion during an emergency, this is not a property I would choose again.
